My trips to Pleasant Plains are always efficient. The staff is friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. I always have nice conversations with the schedulers and hygienists as well. I’ve seen two different Dentists and both were knowledgeable and kind.

The staff is the best I’ve ever had at a dentist office. I was impressed with the quality of care I received from everyone in the office from check in to check out. The offices were clean and everything was updated. I would give them a 10 out of 10 in every area

The staff are excellent for my exams and cleanings. Dr. Kim and Amber have been very professional and knowledgeable with some of my recent procedures. The billing staff is also very helpful.

Great employees, very welcoming and helpful with financial needs and different resources to help in any way. I got a crown done and every appointment I felt safe and calm and comfortable with every step. Great experience and I would recommend to anyone who is struggling financially and is looking for helpful and friendly team of professionals

Everyone is always pleasant and friendly. Dr. Kim is the best. He always takes time to explain on what we need to do and how he is going to do it. Atheana was great and kind putting on my temporary crowns. All the dental hygienist are always great. Charlene Knicely

Everyone at Pleasant Plains are always helpful and friendly. Over a period of years, I have seen several different dentists. All are professional and take the time for questions and review "options". Kayla has been my hygienist...and consultant! Besides the cleaning, I trust her completely with a good overall assessment of dental health.

Kayla did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. I told her that two certain teeth are very sensitive and i did not feel it. She took very good care of me and her assitant emely was awesome also.

Dr. Henk Grobbelaar and Kayla were very professional and friendly. They took the time to explain all procedures and answer all my questions. I very comfortable the entire time. I've been a patient here for 3 years and never had issues. I'm glad I found a great practice.

I had a very pleasant dental visit for my 6 month cleaning and exam.I saw Emily, Kayla, and Dr. G. They were all super nice, friendly and gentle. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed.I recommend them for excellent service.

I enjoy coming to get my teeth cleaned by Kayla! She’s so sweet and makes me feel amazing! Everyone there is so kind and passionate about what they do. I love coming there. They even worked my son in for an emergency cleaning!

Each visit has been nothing short of AMAZING! The customer service I received tonight from Dr Nick, his assistant Luis and Kelly are the reasons for me deciding to do this review. I have ALWAYS received great customer service from this office starting from the receptionist at the door to the staff in the back! U guys ROCK! When I notified Kelly that I was cold, she brought me a blanket and that did it for me! Dr Nick u have a great staff and your leadership, friendliness of the staff and Comfort of the office, the professionalism of your staff and customer service is TOP TIER!!! Keep up the good work!

This was my first visit to the practice and Kayla made it feel like I’d been coming for years. She was so friendly and made me feel at ease. She explained everything she was going to do before she did it so there wouldn’t be any surprises. The Dentist welcomed me as well. If you need a dentist office, I recommend Pleasant Plains Dental.

My experience at Pleasant Plains was very good. They took time to explain what they were doing and why. They understood my fears due to past dental experiences from my past and treated me with respect with no judgement. I feel comfortable with Pleasant Plains and finally found a dentist that I can trust and continue to visit.

I found this dental group to be "state of the art" in terms of their diagnostic equipment. The staff was very professional and actively involved with me and my comfort during my procedures. Kayla, one of the Hygienists, was absolutely the best ! She was very engaging, but totally focused and informative every step of the way !

I was just in and I have the worse anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I rarely walk out ok with my experience. This visit started off a bit rocky because of how I was feeling but I was met by Shanel who I believe is one of the dental assistance. She helped me tremendously by simply being friendly and talking me past how I was feeling. The dentist who I can't remember his name was gentle and didn't hurt me. I left out being helped by Kolu (Kulu) sorry can't read my own hand writing at times. Who was very helpful and friendly. I appreciate the role of front desk. It's not an easy job. Thank you to Bridget for checking me in and directing me to the ones that would be able to assist me with my questions. I appreciate you all. Thank you for making this visit a good one!!!

I always have a very pleasant experience at Pleasant Plains Dental. Kayla is very friendly, knowledgeable, and makes sure that my teeth are very clean. I would recommend this practice to anyone in the area. We have been there for probably the past 10 years and have not been disappointed.
