I was just in and I have the worse anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I rarely walk out ok with my experience. This visit started off a bit rocky because of how I was feeling but I was met by Shanel who I believe is one of the dental assistance. She helped me tremendously by simply being friendly and talking me past how I was feeling. The dentist who I can't remember his name was gentle and didn't hurt me. I left out being helped by Kolu (Kulu) sorry can't read my own hand writing at times. Who was very helpful and friendly. I appreciate the role of front desk. It's not an easy job. Thank you to Bridget for checking me in and directing me to the ones that would be able to assist me with my questions. I appreciate you all. Thank you for making this visit a good one!!!

The staff was friendly and attentive. They were very patient and provided lots of useful detail. The payment plan option is fantastic.

My husband and I have been using Pleasant Plains Dentistry for years. It is always a great experience from reception to dental assistants to dentists. They are all professionals, kinds and put you at ease. Office is state of the art and prices very reasonable. Kayla, my dental hygienist is amazing! She does a great job every time and is easy going and friendly. I ask for her every time it’s time to go. Thanks for all you do for your patients.

Kayla and all the staff at Pleasant Plains Dental do a wonderful job. They are all professional but also kind and caring and treat everyone like family. In general, I don't like going to the dentist, but I am always at ease at Pleasant Plains.

Everyone is very friendly, I have only gotten great care since I have been coming here! Everyone is very professional and great at what they do! My last visit was a cleaning with Kayla and she was great, did the cleaning and explained an issue with my lip that no one else in probably 4 years had mentioned, I have been to Doctors that just brushed it off! I really appreciate her taking the time and caring enough to talk to me and tell me what to do!

Kayla is wonderful! She works well with out entire family and crazy schedule. She is gentle and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Kayla, but don’t take her from me!!!

Kayla and Dr G were wonderful. I had a really horrible experience at another dentist and I was very apprehensive. Kayla and Dr G made me feel so comfortable. They are friendly, kind and put me at ease right away. I honestly couldn’t recommend them both enough. They are the best!

I have terrible anxiety with dentists from numerous encounters where I experienced significant physical pain, but also shame and humiliation from my previous dentists. I’ve avoided the dentist for years but when I couldn’t avoid it any longer, I decided on PPD and I’m very pleased I did. Dr Ken had been the absolute best dentist and care provider I’ve had in at least 15 years. He’s kind, gentle, and incredibly patient. He explains all the issues without shaming his patients and is encouraging with ANY kind of progress. I had a lengthy appointment today (my choice) that they accommodated and again, Dr Ken’s entire response was “let’s focus on the biggest issue first and then after that, we’ll go as long as you’re comfortable.” He’s waited many extra minutes because it takes me a while to become numb and doesn’t hesitate to offer any advice and resources to help calm my nerves. All of the other associates are also kind, but Dr Ken is the reason I’ll be back. Thank you!

Great, friendly staff! And Doctor G is awesome...he is professional,thorough, kind and compassionate! Best dentist I've ever been to! Thank God I changed my dental needs to Pleasant Plains because my experience has been so much better! Definitely recommend to anyone one that has high anxiety and concern about their oral health!

I have horrible teeth thanks to genetics and have had multiple root canals in my life. I have had dentists who ignored when I said I felt it, saying they were almost done. To say I was extremely anxious about someone new to me doing a root canal is an understatement. Add to it that it is a lower molar and difficult to numb completely, I didn't get much sleep.last night. Dr Kim was amazing! He was so patient with me. Explained what he would do when and counted down before injections so I could breathe through it. Utilized multiple techniques to get me as numb as possible and worked with me when I still felt a little bit. There was decay just below the gum line so that made it hard to do and save the tooth. But he did it. He saved my tooth and removed the decay. He will be my dentist from now on!

Quality of care was awesome! I felt so at ease getting my tooth pulled. The dentist and assistants made sure I was comfortable and were so friendly throughout the whole process!
