I was so nervous about going back to the dentist. I am so pleasantly surprised how different they do things now it’s been a while since I went to a dentist.. the doctor is absolutely fantastic. Explains everything to you. The staff is just wonderful and Kelly explained everything from step one to step two for me. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the technicians name that took all my work from my teeth and x-rays and everything but she was fantastic my experience was so rewarding comfortable . And my teeth are fixable. Thank you so much Staff and Doctor for making me very comfortable and explaining everything to me the procedures, and everything that needs to be done.cant wait for my work to get started.. Thank you so much! This is the most amazing Dental practice ever. I have been coming here since 2016 and there is no other place I will ever go to. Dr. Ernst is amazing and is very knowledgeable and caring. He remembered that I have anxiety and is very patient and kind when dealing with me. I want to shout out Kayla the hygienist!!! She helped me overcome my fear of needles and was very gentle, patient and kind. I cried as I sat in the chair and she was so caring and comforted me so that I could be at ease. She did an amazing job and she is my go to now. I love pleasant plains and I highly recommend anyone and everyone to go there. They are truly the best!!!

My visit to Pleasant Plains Dental was excellent. Everyone was friendly and professional.Dr. Clark did a wonderful job replacing a worn crown that fits perfectly. Their dental hygienist, Kayal, is a real pro.She was able to get the X-rays done without my gagging once. That was remarkable given how sensitive my gag reflex is.I left the office with cleanest stain free teeth I've had in years. I highly recommend Pleasant Plains Dental.

Absolutely love everyone at Pleasant Plains! The staff is super friendly, personable, and accommodating. I got my wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Henry did a great job of making sure that I was fully aware of every step of the process and did it with sincerity and compassion. 100% recommend them for any and all procedures!

If I could rate 10 stars I would. From the front office to the Dr everything was on point. The ambiance is extremely welcoming which I personally think would ease your mind if you’re someone who gets nervous when it comes to the dentist. Kayla, the hygienist who works with me is always thorough and personable. The dentist and hygienist spend time to know me and my dental health and their recommendations are honest and they help to educate me and explain their care plan.

It had been quite some time since I had my last visit at a dentistry, and I was a bit nervous coming in. However, when coming in for my appointment I was greeted with friendly smiles and a wonderful atmosphere! I have never had such an amazing and comfortable time while getting my teeth cleaned thanks to my Dental Hygienist, Kayla. Glad to say that I left with a delightful experience and a set of shiny pearly whites!

You are all of that. She had to work hard on a space and she did. She scraped and made She got it all. Friendly, made sure I was comfortable and not hurting. I ask for her the next time I come for a cleaning.

I had a great experience from the front desk clerk Bridgette to the dental technician to the check out clerk. Bridgette was courteous and helpful in taking care of my needs and the dental technician really listened to my concerns. Even the check out clerk was extremely helpful in that she helped me get the scans I needed to give to my oral surgeon. I was pleasantly pleased with how I was handled.

Kayla is an amazing hygienist. I once had to go, for insurance reasons, to a different dentist for a procedure my dentist at PP could not perform, and the dentist at the other location commented on how clean my mouth was. I had told her that I flossed & brushed after every meal but she refuted stating that the clinical cleanliness of my teeth is due to much more than just my doing. I attribute that to Kayla's skill at ensuring each tooth and crevice is properly treated. My husband and our three children have only Kayla clean their teeth as well. My kids, late teens/early twenties, have never had a cavity! Kayla has helped maintain that!

I went in for a procedure and couldn’t have asked for better. I get very anxious and stressed going to the dentist and Candy did a great job making sure I was relaxed and comfortable before everything was started. Dr G was great and made sure any questions I had were answered and he provided a very quick, comfortable and relaxing experience. Your office is absolutely the best ! Dr. Kim & all the Doctors I have seen are awesome as well as your outstanding staff!! I highly recommend your office !!! Fair & honest pricing ! I have had no problems with any procedures I’ve had done . Bone graft , crowns and implant process ! You will not be disappointed!!!

My doctor was a gentle and considerate. Absolutely amazing experience I believe he is the owner of the company. He made sure I was completely comfortable and he walked me through the entire process. Great experience for my latest trip to see Dr. Kim at the Indian trail office. The staff, in particular Allison, Lexi and receptionists are true professionals. Two words, They care! Dr. Kim deserves the highest praise I know.

I have always been pleased with the level of care that I’ve received a Pleasant Plains Dental. They are by far the best practice I’ve ever been to. The doctors and staff only put you at ease. I had some real concerns with my teeth and the last two years they have resolved them all within my budget. This is a great place! Very friendly, very thorough, and very kind. I encourage anyone to go.

You remembered my birthday!!! I got a text!! I was blown away at that level of customer service Feels like family when I’m there. Everyone is in such a good mood and happy and joking and laughing. The care I get is above and beyond the best. I know that they obviously have a ton of clients but when I’m there they make me feel like I’m their only one. Bravo and thank you for taking such good care of me.

I had a crown come off and called Pleasant Plains Dental for help. I was promptly seen by Dr. Ernst. He quickly took care of putting the Crown back on, and we were back out the door. Everyone we came in contact with were friendly, mannerable, and professional. Great place! Great people! Thanks!

I have been a patient with Pleasant Plains Dental for years and appreciate the consistent quality care I receive. I needed a hygienist skilled in cleaning cosmetic dental work. Kayla is thorough as well as careful which is important! Thank you guys so much for your professional, loving and caring attitudes. As you all know, I have severe anxiety and don’t do well at the dentist. But your staff is so compassionate and caring they make me feel at ease. Everyone was so loving and answered all my questions and concerns. The care provided here is unmatched and I highly recommend this practice. Your facilities are always so clean and the standard of professionalism is superb. Although I hate the dentist office , I must admit you guys are the only one’s I trust and make me feel welcomed and comfortable every time.
