I have always been pleased with the level of care that I’ve received a Pleasant Plains Dental. They are by far the best practice I’ve ever been to. The doctors and staff only put you at ease. I had some real concerns with my teeth and the last two years they have resolved them all within my budget. This is a great place! Very friendly, very thorough, and very kind. I encourage anyone to go.

You remembered my birthday!!! I got a text!! I was blown away at that level of customer service Feels like family when I’m there. Everyone is in such a good mood and happy and joking and laughing. The care I get is above and beyond the best. I know that they obviously have a ton of clients but when I’m there they make me feel like I’m their only one. Bravo and thank you for taking such good care of me.

The staff is pretty good in general, but Kayla and Dr. Kim are the best! I always like seeing them when I go for my appointments.

I had a crown come off and called Pleasant Plains Dental for help. I was promptly seen by Dr. Ernst. He quickly took care of putting the Crown back on, and we were back out the door. Everyone we came in contact with were friendly, mannerable, and professional. Great place! Great people! Thanks!

I have been a patient with Pleasant Plains Dental for years and appreciate the consistent quality care I receive. I needed a hygienist skilled in cleaning cosmetic dental work. Kayla is thorough as well as careful which is important! I feel good knowing my teeth are getting the deep cleaning they need to stay healthy without risking damage to the integrity of my previous dental work.

Thank you guys so much for your professional, loving and caring attitudes. As you all know, I have severe anxiety and don’t do well at the dentist. But your staff is so compassionate and caring they make me feel at ease. Everyone was so loving and answered all my questions and concerns. The care provided here is unmatched and I highly recommend this practice. Your facilities are always so clean and the standard of professionalism is superb. Although I hate the dentist office , I must admit you guys are the only one’s I trust and make me feel welcomed and comfortable every time. Great experience. My first time getting a crown and the whole process was not as bad as I thought it would be Dr. Erst described everything he would be doing step by step so there were no surprises. Staff is friendly and personable. Now to make apps for my cleaning. Will definitely be a patient for as long as I live in Indian Trail area. I'm going to refer my son and his girlfriend. Thank you all for your patience and kindness.

No pain, easy process and the Doctor and Assistant were friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I want to thank Dr. Drew and Kelsey for all the work they did on getting my permanent crown put on today. They answered all my questions, were as gentle as can be, and were very thorough. Every experience I have had in the last 8 months since I have been a patient have been positive. Everyone from the front desk to the payment desk are very thoughtful and accommodating. I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Once I was brought back to the room, Amber made sure to make me comfortable, explain everything she was doing, and engaged in conversation. It was so reassuring to have my concerns and questions listened to, understood and answered throughout the whole process. Dr. Grobbelaar made sure to answer my questions, thoroughly exam my teeth & let me know what the next steps were. Lastly, the hygienist Kayla did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. From squeezing me in same day since I was already in office, making sure to be gentle and explain what she was doing step by step. Despite my terrible dental anxiety, I had a positive experience and will be back without hesitation due to my first experience. I would recommend Pleasant Plains Dental to everyone!

Kayla was very nice and professional. This was my second teeth cleaning and this visit was better than my first. Not to say my first experience was bad. Not at all. What I absolutely loved about my experience with Kayla was she took her time with my cleaning, ask questions and made sure I didn't have any concerns. Even though my first experience was also exceptional I did feel a little rushed. The scheduling is on point and there's little to no wait time once you check in. I highly would recommend.

After some dental issues popped up during the pandemic, I was really nervous what long term treatment could be. I knew the work would be significant. Like many, I can be really anxious about dental procedures. Pleasant Plains is a thriving practice, but I have never felt like a number. My patient care has been top notch. From cleanings to now a much needed dental implant, the team has gone above and beyond to keep me both informed and comforted. It’s a place that my whole family will be patients for many years to come!

This place is amazing, especially Kayla. I hadn't had any cleaning done since 2019 due to COVID-19, and suddenly began to have tooth pains. I scheduled an emergency appointment after the pain became unbearable. They squeezed me in the next day, listened to every concern, and took in-depth x-rays of even the parts of my mouth that I was less worried about. Turns out I have perfect teeth minus stress-induced clenching/grinding! They immediately helped me set up a cleaning appointment as soon as possible and Kayla was absolutely fantastic when I went in for it. Super easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and was an overall joy to bump into. During the cleaning, she had the doctor stop in to talk to me about the clenching, allow me to ask any questions I had, etcetera. The front desk were super friendly and helped me ensure my insurance card could cover the cost - they even went as far as calling me "Mr. Page" without needing any prior direction or requests, which is awesome when you're a nonbinary dude just trying to make his way through the world! I was worried finding a new dentistry office as an adult would be difficult but I've definitely found my permanent go-to while I'm here in NC. Thank you to the entire team for being spectacular (and for sending me a sweet email thanking me for my own spectacularness)!!

I had an appointment with Kayla on 10/19. As always it was a great experience. Kayla is kind and helpful. I don’t necessarily enjoy going to the dentist but I know I am always in good hands with Kayla. I would recommend Pleasant Plain’s to everyone.

I HIGHLY recommend asking for Kayla!!! I have really sensitive gums and teeth and she was so gentle and didn’t hurt me once. She also kept reassuring I was still okay!! Definitely coming back here from now on!!
