I came in with a really horrible wisdom tooth that was cracked severally bad Dr.C made me feel very comfortable and he was very reassuring I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better Dentist one that actually took the time to hear me out take my fear and my pain away he instantly said he would remove it and get rid of the horrible pain I was in. He constantly made sure I was okay during the wisdom tooth removal my dental hygienist Cristine was amazing as well I have never had such a great experience I’ve always been scared of the dentist since I had a terrible horrid experience when I was younger but they were beyond amazing will be going back to see Dr.C for the rest of my dental work as we take baby step as he said. I’m beyond Thankful and happy.

All the above were excellent. Pleasant easy check-in and receptionist, nurse, hygienist were great and Dr. Ali very informative. Very well laid out and easy for us to get to, since we live near Sun Valley HS. Nice to go nearby, versus, Charlotte. I would recommend your practice to anyone who askes for a dentist.

My experience with getting my wisdom teeth removed was a very good experience. The dentist made sure that I was comfortable and explained each step of the way through the whole process. The removal process was painless and the recovery was also very quick. The entire staff was friendly and made me feel at ease through the whole process. My entire family goes to this dentist and have been very pleased with all of the staff and dentist.

Kayla and Kelsey did a great job on my cleaning. They made sure I was comfortable and all of the staff was friendly. I highly recommend Please t Plains Dental!

After a Lifetime of quality dental care and good experiences at the dentist, one bad experience at a different dental practice led me to develop anxiety. That anxiety kept me out of dentist office for over 8 years. I saw many good reviews about this practice and finally decided to face my fears. The reviews were right! Pleasant Plains Dental was terrific. They took time to explain everything. They let me go super slow. Dr. C. allowed me to start at the beginning with a cleaning. I then made a different appointment for a simple filling before making my most recent appointment to fix a cracked tooth by removing old metal filling and replacing with a crown. I was upfront with them about my anxiety, Dr. C. & staff were so patient and accommodating. They allowed me to stand up and have a few breaks during treatment. I never felt rushed and they never seemed annoyed. I didn’t even need to get any laughing gas or sedation because they let me face my fear at a comfortable pace. I cannot recommend Pleasant Plains enough especially if it’s been a while and you are fearful. So happy to have my dental health back on track!!! I have one more crown left and I’m not even the slightest bit fearful:-) Thank you Pleasant Plains Dental!

Pleasant Plains is the best dental experience I’ve had every single time I attend my appointments. The staff especially the dentist and the hygienist are exceptional and don’t mind cleaning your teeth I mean deep cleaning. Dr. Ernst and Dr. Ali I just love them both there’s no choosing great bed side manner. All of you keep the great work in serving the community. My dental choice for life. Honestly the best dental experience - EVERY time I go there!

I have always had a great experience each time I visit; from the simplest of matters to the most difficult. I enjoy the conversations as well as each person remembering you as a person and not just a number. I am asked genuinely how my kids are and how my endeavors are and that means a lot to me.

I have had prior bad dentist experience so I was very nervous about visiting. I have to say Dr.C and Assistant Jasmin made me feel very comfortable. I think they went to extra mile to make me feel comfortable. They even fit me in for a same day procedure. At pleasant plains dental the dentist really care about their patients and make sure your happy with the results. I would recommend this dentist to everyone I know.

Amazing experience! Dr Aakar Chokshi had great bedside manner and was very informative. Wisdom tooth pulled within 30 minutes with no pain. I will return if and when I need another tooth extraction.

Made an appointment with Pleasant Plains Dental for an excruciating toothache. The full staff responded quickly to get me seen and have my pain addressed. I had two extractions with ZERO pain during the procedure! My comfort was always their top priority. I am highly recommending Pleasant Plains Dental to everyone!
