This place is amazing, especially Kayla. I hadn't had any cleaning done since 2019 due to COVID-19, and suddenly began to have tooth pains. I scheduled an emergency appointment after the pain became unbearable. They squeezed me in the next day, listened to every concern, and took in-depth x-rays of even the parts of my mouth that I was less worried about. Turns out I have perfect teeth minus stress-induced clenching/grinding! They immediately helped me set up a cleaning appointment as soon as possible and Kayla was absolutely fantastic when I went in for it. Super easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and was an overall joy to bump into. During the cleaning, she had the doctor stop in to talk to me about the clenching, allow me to ask any questions I had, etcetera. The front desk were super friendly and helped me ensure my insurance card could cover the cost - they even went as far as calling me "Mr. Page" without needing any prior direction or requests, which is awesome when you're a nonbinary dude just trying to make his way through the world! I was worried finding a new dentistry office as an adult would be difficult but I've definitely found my permanent go-to while I'm here in NC. Thank you to the entire team for being spectacular (and for sending me a sweet email thanking me for my own spectacularness)!!

The staff at Pleasant Plains Dental are so caring and helpful. My hygienist Kayla did an AMAZING job, like usually. Her assistant Alina was nice and has a bubbly personality.

I HIGHLY recommend asking for Kayla!!! I have really sensitive gums and teeth and she was so gentle and didn’t hurt me once. She also kept reassuring I was still okay!! Definitely coming back here from now on!!

All 3 selection points were met today..... After i called in for a renewal of my Dental Plan due to a painful tooth. Beautiful NEW expanded office with staff available immediately to greet and check me in. Dr B was AWESOME FROM START TO FINISH!!!! Very Professional with INCREDIBLE PATIENT EMPATHY AND UNDERSTANDING. i immediately relaxed and trusted her to perform my tooth extraction....... Which was Daunting to me just thinking about it. i just LOVED HER!!!!!!

I have been a client for at least 5-6 years and have always found the people working there friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. They have dental plans that are affordable and the service is top notch. This last cleaning with Kayla was painless and her patience with my gag reflex was great. I know that they are honest and don’t drum up issues to make more money. I have always felt welcomed and highly recommend this practice . I am also in the midst of Invisalign treatment and have been impressed with the care they give. Every time I go there, they are prompt (unless an emergency) and conscious of my appointment time. Often I end up getting called in sooner!

My experience with Kayla : she was very professional and attentive to the process of cleaning my teeth. She was very knowledgeable on what I needed to do or what I could do to lessen the amount of plaque on my teeth. She was very helpful in explaining some of the reasons that plaque builds up. I really enjoyed talking to her and learning from her. She was great, One of the best hygienist I’ve had since I moved to North Carolina. Thanks Kayla

My experience at Pleasant Plains Dental was very ... pleasant. Pun intended. The staff are professional and answered all of my questions. The technology was impressive. My Dental Hygienist did excellent work and I'm actually looking forward to my next cleaning. Now I don't believe I've ever said that about a dental visit!

I’ve had some pretty bad experiences with hygienists before, either they were rude or treated my gums like a personal punching bag. Kayla is the exception, she’s a very pleasant person to talk to and very gentle while doing her job. She’s the reason I will keep returning to Pleasant plains Indian trail office. Thanks again!

My experience was wonderful. Pleasant Plains made me feel right at home, they got me in quick with no interruptions. My hygienist Kayla was very polite and professional, I would recommend her to anybody.

Had a great experience getting tooth fixed

The staff was very nice and respectful. The place was absolutely clean and all the equipment used was up to date. I had little to no wait time and everything was explained in detail. The Hygienist, Kayla didn't leave one stone unturned and the doctor was great as well. I didn't even know I was getting my teeth cleaned because I was being entertained by the flat screen TV mounted on the ceiling. Made my visit very pleasant. I would highly recommend and I'm going back to get the rest of my dental work done.

I always have great appointments. The staff members are always friendly. Kayla does a great job cleaning my teeth. She also does a great job entertaining my son. They are the best!

I had my 1st appointment a few months ago for a consult concerning a tooth that was going to have to be extracted. I was so impressed with Dr. Ernst & his assistant that day, as well as all of the staff. Dr. Ernst took time to talk with me in detail & never made me feel rushed with questions that I had. I felt he truly cared about my situation. I went back this week for the extraction & was very nervous, but Dr. Ernst & his assistant, Kelsey, were fantastic & did everything to help me be as comfortable as possible. Dr. Ernst was excellent at explaining each & every step to me as well. Dr. Ernst & his assistant were very compassionate & made me feel that they truly cared about my experience. Also, I have called & emailed with several questions & they are so great at answering my questions; they never have made me feel as if I am bothering them with my questions. I found out about Pleasant Plains Dental online & through a referral from a friend of mine…I’m so glad that I found them!

Dental visits are not my favorite but Kayla makes it easy! She is so kind, gentle and quick! Thank you, Kayla!
