Best dental experience I have ever had! High recommend Pleasant Plains Dental!

Excellent staff right from the beginning from check in to X-rays to hygienist to dentist. Courteous knowledgeable friendly and cleaning of my mouth guard right on the premises.

I have been in North Carolina soon will be 8 years in July, been to several dentists spent big money which I don't have living on a fixed income, none of them could get to the bottom of a problem and that's sad it was only dollar signs interested them not the care of my health. I needed a root canal done for at least 4 years everyone I mention to oh we will watch it. Well low and behold my daughter found Dr. Ernst on Saturday for my granddaughter, after which it has been game over, my daughter told me about Dr. Ernst and his staff, she had several teeth filled she is very happy, guess what my root canal is done and the latter part of my work to be completed is right around the corner. There is no if and or but Dr.Ernst and his staff definitely have the biggest concerns people have before selecting a dentist are: Quality of Care, Comfort, and Friendliness. So look no further, give Pleasant Plains Dental try, I guarantee you won't have any regrets.

Just finished having 6 cavities filled with zero numbing (my choice). Both assistant and dentist were professional and caring. They took their time with all 6 fillings with minimum discomfort. Overall I was very pleased with my service today.

This is a wonderful office, the people that work there are so friendly. I had a issue with my tooth and everyone took great care of me. Keep up the great work

DR. Ernst and his staff has always given me excellent care since I've been seeing him. One example is when my upper partial broke .Their friendly staff told me to come at 8 am the next morning to see what they could do. Amazingly , they had my upper partial fixed and fitted by 3 pm the same day. Yasmin did a great job getting my fittings done correctly. Dr . Ernst is very thorough in his work plus he and his staff are always friendly and professional. Office hours are great too. I recommend them highly.

I came in, with a mess of an emergency, embarrassed and scared to death! They worked me in quickly. Leslie helped to feel less ashamed, while being so gracious, understanding and encouraging. Dr. K was upbeat, kind and understanding and mapped out our options beautifully. My shame, and fear, began to ebb away! (Huge miracle!). Chelsea, with her dogged persistence and knowledgeable approach, worked her magic with finances and helped me to get that part solved in a timely and manageable fashion! (Whadya know...another miracle!). And, finally, my warrior, Brita! She fixed the problem I was having so that I could go back to work with confidence, until I could come back in to have the issue fixed permanently, and she did so with such a gracious spirit. I have had a lifelong, agonizing fear of the dentist and have had numerous bad experiences, so it's a big deal for me to set foot in a dentist office. This staff has, in one visit, managed to pull off amazing feats on so many tevels. I actually had fun!! (Are we keeping track of the miracles?). I absolutely cannot thank them, or recommend them, enough! THANK YOU, to the entire Pleasant Plains dental staff! My new heroes!!

I had quite a bit of dental work to be done Our previous dentist retired leaving us without one. We waited for three years We knew we would never find another one like the one we had. We received a flyer in the mail about a new dentist office opening up and decided to give it a try. We especially liked the fact that they had dental plans to offset the huge expense when you have multiple things that have to be done. Unfortunately I fell into the multiple part. I had several large things that was needed. I was terrified of tooth extractions Dr Alu explained that he could use ansthesia and do it all at one time. I choose this route and was amazed at how easy everything was done. I had a root canal an extraction deep cleaning and some fillings. I never had any pain afterwards. To my surprise I was totally pain free. I loved the staff so much. They were all very professional and I felt treated like family. I loved Dr Ali. He is an excellent dentist and so kind and sweet I'm glad God took us to Pleasant Plains. We have definitely found a new home for our dental work. Terri StClair

This was our first experience and everything was fabulous. My kids are scared of the dentist but the staff was super sweet and made everyone feel comfortable. Thank you all so much!

I appreciate all the attention given at Pleasant Plains. The patients comfort is a major concern for this awesome staff. The office is always spotless. Scheduled my appointment with ease and my insurance covered most of it. Got my cleaning done and chipped tooth filled which came out looking as if it was never chipped. Very friendly service and answered all my questions that I had. Would recommend this to anyone.

Great staff! Everyone is genuinely friendly and caring from the moment you walk in. The office and rooms are modern and clean. Dr. Patel is incredibly kind and professional and does great work. All the techs are very experienced and attentive. You won't be disappointed with Pleasant Plains Dental!

Friendly staff at the front desk. Comfortable office waiting room area with coffee and TV. Katelyn was wonderful...cleaned my teeth beautifully and didn't gouge me even once! Modern equipment/ technology. Dr. Ernst is very caring...asks questions, answers questions and is not in a rush to get out of the room like many other Dentists. Overall experience: Outstanding!

I love the fact that pleasant plains dental offer such flexible scheduling on the weekend and the fact that they are fully staffed. I also enjoy watching the tv thats in the ceiling while getting service!
