First impressions matter. Pleasant Plains Dental exceeds expectations. Dr. Ali is my families new dentist. Kind, competent, and caring staff. Front office and professional staff takes the time to answer all questions to patient and parent satisfaction. Two fillings completed, good injections, no pain during or afterward. Please come visit and see for yourself.

We recently moved to town and I've been looking for a new dentist for our family. I saw Dr. Ali for a root canal yesterday and a different painful tooth today. He's very professional and kind, as are all of the staff. I'm in awful pain and they were able to get me an appointment with an endodontist this afternoon to do a retreatment root canal (previously worked on by a different dental office). They went out of their way to help me and I'm so appreciative. Additionally, the office is very comfortable and they continually check on you during your procedure to make sure you're ok. My family and I will continue to go here. If you're looking for a new dentist, this is the place to call!

Petrified of the dentist is an understatement. I have had terrible experiences in the past with: comfort and not receiving what I felt was the best quality of care. The staff mad me feel completely comfortable and did not rush the process. I was in excruciating pain when I walked through the door and Dr. Patel took the time to explain to me what was going on and what my treatment plan was. The financial department explained the cost of services and they were able to offer me services at that moment. I ultimately had a wisdom tooth removed and having never had a tooth extracted I was beyond nervous. The area was super numb and then the tooth was pulled. Following the extraction the staff followed up to ensure that I was okay. I love this place so much I refer everyone here now including my father who just so happened to be avoiding having a tooth removed. Best dental experience ever: friendly staff, extremely clean office, best customer service and a well informed and friendly staff.

Dr. Ali and the entire staff did an excellent job in calming my fears of the whole new Dentist experience. Coming from a small town we have had very few options and usually we go, where our parents took us as a child. I must tell you that stepping in to their office with an immediate need to have a wisdom tooth pulled, it is was though I was Fred Flintstone going to see George Jetson's Dentist. The thoroughness of my examination was overwhelming and mind bending to see the use of technology in their office. Dr. Ali was able to remove the troublesome tooth painlessly. Thankful that we have other options and look forward to seeing my new Dentist soon!

Dr . Ali is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. Him and his assistant Kristina Bulk were very caring and very gentle always checking in making sure that I was feeling OK . He always explain what he was about to do and made it very simple . I truly truly truly recommend him to anyone who needs dental work done .

I broke a tooth this morning and the office fit me in the same day. Despite it being days before Christmas and people trying to utilize their benefits before the end of the year. The staff is friendly, accommodating ensuring you are comfortable during your entire procedure.The office and exam rooms impeccably clean. Will continue to refer everyone I know here. Loraine Evans.

Dr Ernst is my normal dentist; however, today Dr Ali completed my dental work (temporary crown). I must say, he is just as wonderful as Dr Ernst! He and Leslie went out of their way to ensure my comfort. Most of my dental work has been completed under sedation, but not today! I can honestly say I feel comfortable seeing either dentist, which is a huge relief when one doesn't have an availability for an emergency appointment!

Finding a good dentist can never be too easy. Today was my son's first extraction. He was seen by Dr. Ali. Our experience was very pleasant warm and welcoming. The staff, Taylor, and Christine(dental assistant) was so kind, sweet and hospitable. Dr Ali was very nice, patient, addressed our concerns was very thorough in explaining pre procedure and post home instructions. Everyone was so nice, that I've made future appts for everyone in my household! Definantly will be returning and highly recommend. As I previously stated, finding a good dentist that is caring and compassionate and will listen is hard to find, I found all those things with Dr Ali and staff. Thank you For your kindness and for helping my son feel better!

Friendly staff best experience at a dentist office I have ever had. They were very thorough and answered all of my questions. Dr Ernst has a great bedside manner I usually have anxiety attacks when going to the dentist but I didn't have one this time I was very relaxed. I will be going there from now on and taking my daughter there as well.

I had a wonderful experience at Pleasant Plains Dentistry from the time I walked in until the time I left. The office was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The staff were all pleasant, courteous yet at the same time very professional. They were genuinely patient oriented. What really impressed me was the follow-up phone call following my dental procedure. I work in a medical office as well and have recommended your practice to my coworkers as well as patients.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience today. The staff was friendly and comforting. I went for a cleaning and the dental hygienist explained every step to me to calm my nerves. She was gentle and made the experience pleasant. The Dentist was also very friendly and explained all my options for future dental work. I was treated more like family then a customer.

Everyone at the office was very friendly. They have the best reception room-even computers for children! All of the X-ray equipment is new technology. I was put at ease right away.

Pleasant Plains is a perfect name as the extraction of my tooth was surprisingly a "pleasant" experience. The staff was warm, patient,perfessional and friendly. The dentist was calming and informative. Even though it was obviously a busy morning, they still managed to make me feel like I was only patient and in the office. The best customer service! Everybody greet you with a smile, beautiful decorated place. They take care of you every step, Dr. Ernst is superb,the way he treats you,the way he explain everything to you and he is very careful, I had no pain nor discomfort at all and the best thing my teeth looks AMAZING! I hate to admit I had not been to a dentist in years. I was looking for somewhere I would feel comfortable and a dentist who would take the time to explain everything to me. I hit the jackpot. My niece recommended Pleasant Plains Dental. She loved it. The minute I walked into the office, I was relieved. The staff was so nice and personable. They made me feel welcomed. The dental hygienist and Dr. Ernst seemed very concern about my well being. The office is always clean and comfortable. Prior to going to the room there are drinks if you have someone waiting for you. All the employees are extremely friendly and helpful.

I walked into this office scared to death. I had a horrible experience at another dentist and I will never look at health care the same. I walked in to your office and felt like I was visiting friends. They showed me around and explained everything. When Dr. Ernst came in he understood my anxiety and never talked down to me but encouraged me. He removed a tooth for me and I was so afraid but he talked me through each step and gave me the chance to stop him if ANYthing was uncomfortable to me. I was so proud when finished because I DID IT! He told me he was proud that I did it and he wants me to put the bad experience behind. I felt like I went to a friend for treatment. I have so much work to do but right now I am excited about seeing what can be done. Thank you staff for making me feel welcome and being so patient with me. And thank you Dr. Ernst for having the ability to calm me down.

I had to visit today on an emergency basis after cracking off a large portion of one of my molars. I had not yet been a patient, but had taken my mother there for treatment before. I feared that on a Monday that they would have a full schedule and wouldn't be able to work me in. After speaking with the receptionist, she said she would speak with Dr. Ernst. Luckily, they said they would see me if I could be patient and wait. SURE! It really didn't take long for them to call me back. After examination and speaking about payment options (several options), they quickly took care of me. Not once was I made to feel like I was an inconvenience and was treated with kindness and respect. I was just grateful that they could work me in. I also usually have a problem with the deadening agent. They listened and it was one of the most painless dental visits I have ever experienced! So glad they were there for me. Every single staff member was pleasant and friendly. Way to go!!

I have been to many dentists in the past and I am so glad I found Pleasant Plains Dental! Dr. Ernst and his entire staff are the most friendly and accommodating I have experienced. Dr. Ernst is extremely talented in the work he does, and his calming demeanor keeps the most stressed-out patient (me) feel relaxed and comfortable through the procedure. Recently move to N.C from S.Florida.Always nervous when switching Doctors or Dentist. Looking for a Dentist that would work with our insurance, we found Dr. Henry Ernst at Pleasant Plains. I am so happy with our choice. The staff is incredibly nice and accomodating.The office is so comfortable, I feel like I'm in my living room. Last , but not least, I was so impressed with the quality of care. Excellent chair side manner, everything went very smoothly, I felt at ease and confident that everyone was doing a first rate job. I went in to the dentist with excruciating pain, a swollen jaw, and scared out of my mind about what was going to happen to me. I have always had a fear of the dentist, but the incredible team here at Pleasant Plains Dental eased my worries, jumped into action, solved the problem quickly, and disolved all of my pain for a great price. Great experience, as always. Atmosphere and setting itself make it seem like you're visiting a home. Dr. Ernst is always very personable and open to any concerns, questions and even takes time for personal conversation. Kayla always does my cleaning and she is awesome....even though she is a goob (haha!). She always makes it fun and her and I cut up a lot. Very personable. Both her and Dr. Ernst make the experience an enjoyable and make you not mind going to the dentist. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
