Hands down, this has been the best dental experience I've ever had. To rate Dr. Ernst and his staff as Five Star just doesn't seem like enough so if I could triple that rating, I would!! As a new patient, I was amazed at the response I received from the entire Pleasant Plains staff when I called on them in an emergency. I had been checking into changing dentists for about a year, and when I ended up needing to do something quickly and needed reassurance that I was doing the right thing, I know I couldn't have put myself in better hands! From the gentleman who answered my initial phone call and got me scheduled for a consultation so quickly, to the post-op visit after my extraction....the entire experience has changed my whole outlook on Denistry! No one wants to have a tooth extracted, but when it has to happen, it's important to find a doctor and staff who can provide quality care, along with compassion and a clear patient understanding of what is happening and why...but without any pressure when it comes to various options. Dr. Ernst and his assistant, Carol, went above and beyond to make what could have been a really traumatic experience for me, seem not so bad at all, and for that, I will be forever grateful! AND now I know first hand that I have found the best place for my entire family for all of our dental care!

This was an amazing dental experience. The staff and Dentist were very polite, professional and prompt. They took the time to carefully review my treatment plan, options and costs upfront. The office was very clean and comfortable. I strongly recommend Pleasant Plains Dental!

This dentist office does a great job of making everyone comfortable. The environment is very warm and relaxing. The staff is patient and willing answer any questions thoroughly. My whole family comes here and will continue.

You guys were FANTASTIC! Dr. Ernst was kind and gentle. The staff at front were so willing to help and were very personable. Gina, my hygentist was sooooo great! She was very thorough and explained things very well.

After extensive dental surgeries, due to an accident 7 years ago, I have extreme anxiety related to the dentist. i went to several who claimed to offer sedation dentistry , it never worked so I avoided the dentist for years, until I had to go! I saw a ad for Plesant plains Dentistry and went by for a consult. What a great place!! I immediately felt comfortable by the staff, smiles, everything. How do I say this, it is not your typical institution dentist office, like so many. Dr. Ernst, took time with me to explaine things to me, answered all my questions. I felt and now know that he truly cares about me and my fears. His staff are the best I have come across because they also care! I now am on my way, for the first time in years, to a confident smile. I love it! I love Plesant Plains Dental!!!

I had my first root canal procedure yesterday. Everyone at the office, from the front desk staff to Leslie and Dr. Patel were amazing!! The office is extremely caring to patients needs. Thank you for a great experience under a stressful situation!

Dr.Ernst, Dr.Patel and the Pleasant Plains Dental Team are consummate professionals. I honestly have not one negative thing to say about my experience. I had to have several procedures done, I chose to do them on one visit. The care and attention I was shown, was exactly as they described it to to be. As a small business owner and full time Mom, it was crucial that I have a dental team worthy of my high standards of care. Everyone one was exceptionally pleasant...the name of the facility definitely mirrors the attitude. I daresay, in a world where customer service means very little, my expectations were not only met, but surpassed. I have recommended that all my family members and friends become patients of Dr.Ernst and the team, they will not be disappointed. I predict that Pleasant Plains will continue to be successful, because of their skills and standards, it's a given. Staff was friendly and thorough and made all attempts to make a patient comfortable...Dr E.. was kind and did take the time to explain what his Hygienist had already thoroughly did. He appeared Rushed and ready to move on to the next. I have strong fears of Dental work so I guess I need that extra Comfort!

I've been a patient for a while now and always have a wonderful experience. Yesterday my front crown snapped off, I contacted the office and they saw me that day. When I arrived they took me right in and told me the game plan to fix my crown. Today, at 8am, they fixed my front tooth. Leslie, "Mighty Mouse", was amazing! She was compassionate and extremely good at her job - talk about a perfectionist. She wouldn't let me leave until my temporary crown was perfect. Honestly, you can't even tell my tooth was missing, it looks that good. I highly recommend Pleasant Plains Dental for their compassion and quality of work. Give them a try - you won't be disappointed.

They are very friendly. Easy to talk to. They prepare you for everything and inform you of every detail. I felt very comfortable being there.

This Dentist is awesome. Very professional, young, flexible schedule. I work a lot of hours and they stay open til 8 and are open on Saturday. The staff is rotated and not burned out. I watched a show the whole time they worked. I can't believe I just went to the dentist. If you work and have ever missed a dentist appointment due to work, sign these people up!!

Best cleaning I've ever had! Professional staff and customer service!

Came in to have my teeth cleaned.First impression walked into the office and was pleased to see how nice it looked. I Checked in with the front desk girls they where friendly. Had to wait maybe ten minutes before I was seen by your hygienist Kayla. She was amazing cleaned my teeth I had hardly any pain afterward,not like someother Dental offices I,ve been to for the same procedure. I will recommend you to all my coworkers.

I have always been petrified of dentist and hygienist and anything to do with dentistry. Because every time I went it was bad news. My whole life. But my "daughter" Kayla Crocker came to work here and then I started having big issues so I asked about the care and she said she loved it and so I came for consult. The news was bad here too but the difference in staff and their attitude, their caring, the experience with them was over the moon compared to every other place I had been. Then Dr. Ernst was so nice. His whole demeanor is one of kindness and you right off the bat know he is gentle. He doesn't rush through everything and gives you the time and attention you need. He gave me the devastating news of needing to have all teeth removed on our first meeting and I still liked him! I never had any pain after extractions! Jean and Leslie are the technicians that have been helping me along this process and are just exceptional. The receptionist Kayla was so sweet and let me talk to her for 30 min about my dreading the process. Just everyone has been wonderful and I couldn't imagine being in better hands or going through this life altering thing with anyone else but Dr. Ernst and his fabulous staff.

I don't think anyone actually "enjoys" visiting the Dentist but Dr Ernst makes you feel at ease discussing what he is going to do and how he is going to do it. I recently visited as a new patient with an emergency. The professional staff got me in quickly and I was evaluated for a solution. The office is extremely comfortable and very kid friendly. I would highly recommend Dr Ernst and his staff for all of your dental needs.

They were fantastic and so nice to deal with. We woke up on Saturday and our 9 year had a tooth problem. Called them as a new patient and Lydia was amazing. Got us in quickly. Everyone was so nice it relaxed my usually nervous son. The dentist took his time. Didn't feel rushed. The facilities were modern clean professional in ever way and a wonderful caring atmosphere. We are new to the area and feel lucky to stumble across this practice.

Pleasant Plains dental was by far the BEST DENTAL OFFICE I have ever been to! The staff is so nice and friendly and Dr Ernst makes you feel so comfortable. The waiting room feels like you are in your living room with coffee, video games and such a relaxing atmosphere. When they bring you back to the room you can watch TV while having work done. The assistant was so sweet and friendly! Prices are very reasonable and they take my insurance. They even offer payment options! I cannot imagine going any where else after having such a wonderful experience at this dental office. They even have Saturday hours so I do not have to take off work to go to the dentist. I will be recommending my family and friends all go to this office. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!

Front the front desk, to the dentist chair I was treated like a VIP client and I had never been there before! What an outstanding group of friendly professional people and an awesome office equipped with state of the art technology. I felt right at home in the comfy waiting room and made a same day appointment which in itself is a major feat, I can't say enough good things about Pleasant Plains Dental. Let's face it people we all need to stay on top of our dental care, and if you have to go anyway...you might as well go to the best place in town...that's my opinion. Thank you guys for helping me out on such short notice.

My visit today was the best dental visit i can remember. my usual extreme gag reflex was not even a concern, as the process was smooth and easy. the staff was accommodating and all the Tv's are cool to make it a nice experience. I feel wired looking forward to my next visit.
