1st Time Experience, Friday, 8/19/2016: Excellent quality of care, especially for a "scaredy cat". I felt very comfortable and welcomed at this Dental Office. All the staff I met were not only very professional, but friendly and down-to-earth! 5 Star Rating from me!

They make you feel like your family. Your put at ease through pleasant conversation. The office is immaculate and soothing. The staff is fantastic. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to them. It was an awsome visit.

I went in to the dentist with excruciating pain, a swollen jaw, and scared out of my mind about what was going to happen to me. I have always had a fear of the dentist, but the incredible team here at Pleasant Plains Dental eased my worries, jumped into action, solved the problem quickly, and disolved all of my pain for a great price. Each team member here was knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this office to everyone. Remember, take care of your teeth now so you can avoid the pain I have been through. The team here at Pleasant Plains Dental will get you right! Love this place!!!

I just experienced my first tooth filling ever, and I'm very happy I went to Pleasant Plains Dental! I was initially nervous, but the staff was very kind, upbeat, and funny which made for a very positive experience! Thanks again to the two young women who did an awesome job! I had a wonderful first experience with Pleasant Plains Dental. All of the staff members were warm and welcoming, even providing me with a blanket because I was cold! They kept me informed and educated with every detail of the appointment. I was scheduled for a consult, however, they worked me in for a general exam with a cleaning when they found out I was due. There are options for payment plans, and they allow patient autonomy in the treatment plan. The office was clean, up to date, and beautifully decorated. Overall, I am extremely pleased, and will return for any future dental needs!

My nine year old son had to have a tooth extracted and a cavity filled. Dr. Ernst was very patient and understanding with him. He explained step by step what to expect. My son did not feel any pain and was surprised at how everything went so smoothly. Would recommend Pleasant Plains Dental to anyone.

. DR. ERNST AND HIS STAFF ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY , AND EFFICIENT. DR. ERNST IS SINCERE AND CARING AND IS UP TO DATE ON ALL THE PROCEDURES. ONE SUNDAY I HAD A TERRIBLE PAIN ON ONE OF MY MOLARS WHICH GOT CRACKED. I CALLED HIS OFFICE ON THAT SUNDAY ASKING FOR HELP. DR. ERNST CALLED ME BACK IN A HALF AN HOUR AND SENT A PRESCRIPTION FOR A PAIN KILLER AND AN ANTIBIOTIC TO THE DRUG STORE SINCE THE TOOTH WAS CRACKED. THE NEXT MORNING HE PULLED THE TOOTH. I WAS SO HAPPY AND RELIEVED ABOUT HIS CONCERN TO HELP ME.

Hands down, this has been the best dental experience I've ever had. To rate Dr. Ernst and his staff as Five Star just doesn't seem like enough so if I could triple that rating, I would!! As a new patient, I was amazed at the response I received from the entire Pleasant Plains staff when I called on them in an emergency. I had been checking into changing dentists for about a year, and when I ended up needing to do something quickly and needed reassurance that I was doing the right thing, I know I couldn't have put myself in better hands! From the gentleman who answered my initial phone call and got me scheduled for a consultation so quickly, to the post-op visit after my extraction....the entire experience has changed my whole outlook on Denistry! No one wants to have a tooth extracted, but when it has to happen, it's important to find a doctor and staff who can provide quality care, along with compassion and a clear patient understanding of what is happening and why...but without any pressure when it comes to various options. Dr. Ernst and his assistant, Carol, went above and beyond to make what could have been a really traumatic experience for me, seem not so bad at all, and for that, I will be forever grateful! AND now I know first hand that I have found the best place for my entire family for all of our dental care!

You guys were FANTASTIC! Dr. Ernst was kind and gentle. The staff at front were so willing to help and were very personable. Gina, my hygentist was sooooo great! She was very thorough and explained things very well.

After extensive dental surgeries, due to an accident 7 years ago, I have extreme anxiety related to the dentist. i went to several who claimed to offer sedation dentistry , it never worked so I avoided the dentist for years, until I had to go! I saw a ad for Plesant plains Dentistry and went by for a consult. What a great place!! I immediately felt comfortable by the staff, smiles, everything. How do I say this, it is not your typical institution dentist office, like so many. Dr. Ernst, took time with me to explaine things to me, answered all my questions. I felt and now know that he truly cares about me and my fears. His staff are the best I have come across because they also care! I now am on my way, for the first time in years, to a confident smile. I love it! I love Plesant Plains Dental!!!

Dr.Ernst, Dr.Patel and the Pleasant Plains Dental Team are consummate professionals. I honestly have not one negative thing to say about my experience. I had to have several procedures done, I chose to do them on one visit. The care and attention I was shown, was exactly as they described it to to be. As a small business owner and full time Mom, it was crucial that I have a dental team worthy of my high standards of care. Everyone one was exceptionally pleasant...the name of the facility definitely mirrors the attitude. I daresay, in a world where customer service means very little, my expectations were not only met, but surpassed. I have recommended that all my family members and friends become patients of Dr.Ernst and the team, they will not be disappointed. Staff was friendly and thorough and made all attempts to make a patient comfortable...Dr E.. was kind and did take the time to explain what his Hygienist had already thoroughly did. He appeared Rushed and ready to move on to the next. I have strong fears of Dental work so I guess I need that extra Comfort!
