They are very friendly. Easy to talk to. They prepare you for everything and inform you of every detail. I felt very comfortable being there.

This Dentist is awesome. Very professional, young, flexible schedule. I work a lot of hours and they stay open til 8 and are open on Saturday. The staff is rotated and not burned out. I watched a show the whole time they worked. I can't believe I just went to the dentist. If you work and have ever missed a dentist appointment due to work, sign these people up!!

Best cleaning I've ever had! Professional staff and customer service!

Came in to have my teeth cleaned.First impression walked into the office and was pleased to see how nice it looked. I Checked in with the front desk girls they where friendly. Had to wait maybe ten minutes before I was seen by your hygienist Kayla. She was amazing cleaned my teeth I had hardly any pain afterward,not like someother Dental offices I,ve been to for the same procedure. I will recommend you to all my coworkers.

I have always been petrified of dentist and hygienist and anything to do with dentistry. Because every time I went it was bad news. My whole life. But my "daughter" Kayla Crocker came to work here and then I started having big issues so I asked about the care and she said she loved it and so I came for consult. The news was bad here too but the difference in staff and their attitude, their caring, the experience with them was over the moon compared to every other place I had been. Then Dr. Ernst was so nice. His whole demeanor is one of kindness and you right off the bat know he is gentle. He doesn't rush through everything and gives you the time and attention you need. He gave me the devastating news of needing to have all teeth removed on our first meeting and I still liked him! I never had any pain after extractions! Jean and Leslie are the technicians that have been helping me along this process and are just exceptional. The receptionist Kayla was so sweet and let me talk to her for 30 min about my dreading the process. Just everyone has been wonderful and I couldn't imagine being in better hands or going through this life altering thing with anyone else but Dr. Ernst and his fabulous staff.

I don't think anyone actually "enjoys" visiting the Dentist but Dr Ernst makes you feel at ease discussing what he is going to do and how he is going to do it. I recently visited as a new patient with an emergency. The professional staff got me in quickly and I was evaluated for a solution. The office is extremely comfortable and very kid friendly. I would highly recommend Dr Ernst and his staff for all of your dental needs.

They were fantastic and so nice to deal with. We woke up on Saturday and our 9 year had a tooth problem. Called them as a new patient and Lydia was amazing. Got us in quickly. Everyone was so nice it relaxed my usually nervous son. The dentist took his time. Didn't feel rushed. The facilities were modern clean professional in ever way and a wonderful caring atmosphere. We are new to the area and feel lucky to stumble across this practice.

I loved this dentist. I am scared to death of dentists and Dr. Ernst made me feel comfortable and at ease. I would recommend him and his staff to everyone. The staff was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. This is a great dentist office.

Pleasant Plains dental was by far the BEST DENTAL OFFICE I have ever been to! The staff is so nice and friendly and Dr Ernst makes you feel so comfortable. The waiting room feels like you are in your living room with coffee, video games and such a relaxing atmosphere. When they bring you back to the room you can watch TV while having work done. The assistant was so sweet and friendly! Prices are very reasonable and they take my insurance. They even offer payment options! I cannot imagine going any where else after having such a wonderful experience at this dental office. They even have Saturday hours so I do not have to take off work to go to the dentist. I will be recommending my family and friends all go to this office. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!

Front the front desk, to the dentist chair I was treated like a VIP client and I had never been there before! What an outstanding group of friendly professional people and an awesome office equipped with state of the art technology. I felt right at home in the comfy waiting room and made a same day appointment which in itself is a major feat, I can't say enough good things about Pleasant Plains Dental. Let's face it people we all need to stay on top of our dental care, and if you have to go anyway...you might as well go to the best place in town...that's my opinion. Thank you guys for helping me out on such short notice.

My visit today was the best dental visit i can remember. my usual extreme gag reflex was not even a concern, as the process was smooth and easy. the staff was accommodating and all the Tv's are cool to make it a nice experience. I feel wired looking forward to my next visit.
