The entire staff was friendly and professional. I had a wisdom tooth pulled with no pain! The best dentistry i have ever experienced. Customer for life.

Fomr the time you walk in and leave the office staff is very friendly. Between walking in and leaving, you can expect quality care and comfort. Dr. Earnest is the first dentist I have ever been to by myself and I am 61! That says a lot about his staff and him.

I have had a great experience with Dr. Perkins and Pleasant Plains. The office is very clean and comfortable. I have been able to schedule appointments quickly and everyone has been friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Really like the new seating in the waiting room. The old furniture was hard for me to sit on, to big and soft as I am small esp. from rear to knee. My legs stuck out. Like the new room, less traffic and the new technology of taking x-rays. Could use a hook on the wall for coats. Great staff, caring, kind and seem genuinely interested in my comfort. I personally like having the same staff, sincere thanks for not switching me around and Thank you for a great service.

I've already reviewed on google, but I wanted to express my appreciation again. I was so nervous when I got there to get my tooth pulled but Dr Ernst and the assistant were amazing.

I went in for a tooth removal in the back side of my mouth and I'll admit I was nervous. I was bracing myself for pain and something that might take awhile, but I was definitely surprised. The procedure took maybe 10 mins and barely any pain. I had to come back an hour later cause I was bleeding a good bit cause I'm a free bleeder, and they took great care of me and got the bleeding under control without ever making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. About 2 hours later and after they had closed for the day, Dr. Ali called and checked up on me. I was blown away by that. Truly going above and beyond. 10/10 I recommend this business every time. The best dentist experience I've ever had.

Great experience (as far as having a tooth removed)! Had a tooth extraction done and they made me very comfortable. The staff was exceptional in all aspects. Their hours are set with their patients in mind. I don't know of any dentist that stays open till 8:00pm to accommodate their patients. I am glad that I found them.

I am very much that person that’s always hated the dentist, because I always left in pain. But my experience at Pleasant Plains Dental changed that. Both the assistant and the hygienist made me feel extremely confident and comfortable. The doctors was great as well, and gave me the best advice to help with some concerns of mine. I will definitely be returning!!

I was dreading having my impressions done due to previous experiences. Leslie was wonderful and made the experience stress free. She is an asset to your practice. She is the only one I will choose to complete my xrays and impressions. She is a joy to work with during my visit

It was such a excellent experience in all of my years of going to dentist. The staff were so friendly and kind. They all made me feel so welcome. Jasmine, Whitney and Dr. Parks couldn't have been nicer and explained everything so well to help me understand what I needed to do with my dental care. Coming from TN and having the same dentist for 40 years it was a refreshing experience to meet such a professional group. Thanks again!!!

Dental Hygenist was very patient regarding my concerns and apprehensions. Her method for taking X-rays was so proficient that it didn’t even bother me. Doctor Ernst addressed all my questions with much care and was truly concerned with my issues.

Overall experience was wonderful. Each staff member and even the Dr took time to create conversation and make sure I was comfortable. I plan to return!

Good easy and fast

To start off the facility is beautiful and clean. As soon as you walk through the door, you're immediately greeted by the staff with a smile on their face. The dental assistant that took my x-rays was very professional and sweet. Made me feel very comfortable! So that was a great start to my visit. But it just kept getting better. Then I met the dental hygienist. I believe her name was Sasha I cant remember but I know she's Russian. She would be the main reason I recommend this facility to all my friends and family. She was so sweet and explained to me what she would be doing and what the numbers she would shout out meant. Which was awesome because no other dental facility ever took the time to do that. She was very professional and knowledgeable! This made me feel more relaxed about the consultation. You can tell she loves what she does which in return gives an amazing patient experience. I then met my dentist Ali who was also very sweet and professional. He went over everything in detail and answered any questions I had. Overall the best dental facility I've ever been to!

Review from someone that avoids dentist due to past experiences…. BIG BABY!!! What can I say about Pleasant Plains dental? What a great staff and they were very accommodating to my needs… they allowed me to have 3 visits in 1. Went for a consultation to find out options on fixing my top front teeth and fixing a few other neglected things, and I ended up doing a consultation, cleaning and the prep for Clear Correct. I saw both Dr. Perkins (Ortho) and Dr. Ernst, top notch Dr.’s and very easy going which helps with your nerves, and boy did I have them. They talked me through realist options and a treatment plan. The entire staff had a great sense of humor and were cracking me up! Here are just a few of the staff that I “hung out” with. Chelsea (front desk), Alyssa, Kayla; best cleaning I have ever had (Hygienist), Yasmine (assistant) and awesome, patient Jean (assistant). I could say so much more but you get the point GO SEE THEM!
