I had the deep cleaning today in your office and the experience was more than pleasant. I was treated like a queen and I never felt any pain. My teeth feel so much better and I cannot wait to get the other side of my mouth cleaned. Everyone should have this done to help preserve your teeth and have healthy gums. Go on down and make an appointment for this treatment you will not regret it.

Pleasant Plains is always on top of our dental needs. Staff is very professional and friendly. Dr. Ernst is great to work with and a very competent dentist and has all the modern equipment to make your dental visit as enjoyable as possible.

My husband and I had our first appointment today at Pleasant Plains Dental. I read the reviews on their internet site and was very impressed. It seemed too good to be true but we decided to try it anyway. The offices are beautiful, neat and clean and they smell good too. The furniture is comfortable and TV’s galore, even one on the ceiling when they lay you back in the chair. It was a little cool so they covered me with a blanket and gave me a pillow under my neck. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful . The hygienist gave me a thorough cleaning and some good advice on taking care of my teeth. My husband had the same experience. We both will highly recommend this amazing practice to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Quality of care- they exceeded my expectations, I will be going back for anything eles I may need done Comfort - made sure I was comfortable during the entire process of my procedure (root canal and crown) Friendliness- everyone I was in contact with from reception to x ray tech to the dentist them self are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional any time I go in.

Everyone I met was extremely nice! They got me in as a new client on a Saturday afternoon due to a chipped tooth and were so great through the entire process. They did a temporary repair allowing me to be pain free and then followed up Monday with treatment options. They were able to get me in right away Monday and removed the tooth pain free! They were all so helpful in explaining my options and going over aftercare. It was a great all around experience. I haven’t had any issues with my old dentist but will definitely be back to the group at Pleasant Plains. Their hours should fit any schedule and the office area is top notch! Thank you all so very much!!!

AMAZING dentist office with GREAT quality care!! Very knowledgeable and courteous, the building is modern and comfortable with up to date equipment. It’s extremely hard to find a dentist office open on a Saturday or late during the week so that’s an added bonus on top of an already amazing place!!

Was checked in with all my questions answered. Taken back with no waiting for xrays, then the hygienist with no waiting. Everything explained as if I'd never been to a dentist before! Very efficient and thorough. Only about a 5 minute wait for Dr. Ernst. Great team!

Not only am I in complete love with my hygienist Kayla... who not only is so personable and makes me laugh while having tools in my mouth, she is so sweet and makes sitting in a dentist chair feel so comfortable and easy, I must also send many accolades to my dentist, Dr. Ernst; who also makes me feel very comfortable and shows so much concern and care for me that I feel as if I am his only patient. The front office personnel is also so very nice. I have to admit going to the dentist had always been my worst nightmare, now it is just so easy to do. Many thanks to all that work there and make this place a pleasure to visit.

Wonderful people with excellent service. My hygienist Katlyen was gentle and pleasant. Jazmen was also very kind. I love the expanded office hours!

The dentist and staff are all amazing! The compassion for their patients is like no other! Going in for what you this is just a routine filling, but it turning into a root canal is horrific, and Dr Ali put me at ease, explained the procedure from start to finish and made me feel as if I were his family member, not just a patient. That is top quality care that you don’t find everyday. I will never go anywhere else!

I had a dental emergency and the staff treated me as an emergency. They fit me in that day to assess my situation, gave me options. I returned the next day to have a root canal, it was pain-free for the very first time in my life . I was able to go to work that night and I appreciate all of the explanation and teaching I received. I will recommend this dentist office to my friends. Thank you so much.
