I was dreading having my impressions done due to previous experiences. Leslie was wonderful and made the experience stress free. She is an asset to your practice. She is the only one I will choose to complete my xrays and impressions. She is a joy to work with during my visit

It was such a excellent experience in all of my years of going to dentist. The staff were so friendly and kind. They all made me feel so welcome. Jasmine, Whitney and Dr. Parks couldn't have been nicer and explained everything so well to help me understand what I needed to do with my dental care. Coming from TN and having the same dentist for 40 years it was a refreshing experience to meet such a professional group. Thanks again!!!

Dental Hygenist was very patient regarding my concerns and apprehensions. Her method for taking X-rays was so proficient that it didn’t even bother me. Doctor Ernst addressed all my questions with much care and was truly concerned with my issues.

Overall experience was wonderful. Each staff member and even the Dr took time to create conversation and make sure I was comfortable. I plan to return!

Good easy and fast

To start off the facility is beautiful and clean. As soon as you walk through the door, you're immediately greeted by the staff with a smile on their face. The dental assistant that took my x-rays was very professional and sweet. Made me feel very comfortable! So that was a great start to my visit. But it just kept getting better. Then I met the dental hygienist. I believe her name was Sasha I cant remember but I know she's Russian. She would be the main reason I recommend this facility to all my friends and family. She was so sweet and explained to me what she would be doing and what the numbers she would shout out meant. Which was awesome because no other dental facility ever took the time to do that. She was very professional and knowledgeable! This made me feel more relaxed about the consultation. You can tell she loves what she does which in return gives an amazing patient experience. I then met my dentist Ali who was also very sweet and professional. He went over everything in detail and answered any questions I had. Overall the best dental facility I've ever been to!

Review from someone that avoids dentist due to past experiences…. BIG BABY!!! What can I say about Pleasant Plains dental? What a great staff and they were very accommodating to my needs… they allowed me to have 3 visits in 1. Went for a consultation to find out options on fixing my top front teeth and fixing a few other neglected things, and I ended up doing a consultation, cleaning and the prep for Clear Correct. I saw both Dr. Perkins (Ortho) and Dr. Ernst, top notch Dr.’s and very easy going which helps with your nerves, and boy did I have them. They talked me through realist options and a treatment plan. The entire staff had a great sense of humor and were cracking me up! Here are just a few of the staff that I “hung out” with. Chelsea (front desk), Alyssa, Kayla; best cleaning I have ever had (Hygienist), Yasmine (assistant) and awesome, patient Jean (assistant). I could say so much more but you get the point GO SEE THEM!

Everybody at this practice is friendly and caring. That strive to make you feel as comfortable as you can be even going through some painful procedures.

Everyone I saw in the office this morning was friendly and helpful. I always dread going to the dentist, but they made it all seem almost enjoyable. They also explained clearly each step of the process and we're always patient with any questions I had. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience. I definitely feel I have found my new dental office.

Awesome Awesome experience from the front door to the back great staff receptionist nurses and my Dr Dr Ali great bed side manner which the medical field has lost but not here at Pleasant Plains Dental I had a back tooth pulled and experienced no pain at all. I've been attending Pleasant Plains Dental for about a year or less my experience has been exceptional every time staff is great The place is so clean and they come Highly recomended. Thanks Guys for making my experience a great one.

The staff is very friendly and helpful... and though you can't tell it from the front establishment is very up-to-date modern... Doc is great. Super family friendly... Would highly recommend

Wow,what an experience!!! What made this experience such a great one was the staff so friendly,knowledgeable,and thoughtful. They took the time to listen to my concerns and than addressed them and guided me to what needed to be done. They have a beautiful facility and designed so well did not feel like a dental office. I will recommend everyone that is in need of a dentist to Pleasant Plains Dental!

My care quality was great. I called on Saturday morning in pain and needed an extraction,they worked me in with a short wait. I was made very comfortable and everything was explained to me before during and after my procedure in the most professional manner. The staff is very personable and friendly. Being a new patient I was impressed at the wonderful attentions I received. Thanks to everyone for taking such good care of me.

I have moved to the area from Illinois where I had a family dentist for 24 years. Of course I was very concerned about establishing dental care here. So after some research I chose to visit and check out Pleasant Plains Dental... I had the pleasure of having my dental services completed on August 16th 2017. I am extremely happy with the entire process from scheduling the appointment, having a tour of the clinic, and feeling welcomed by all of the staff. The following occurred on my visit but could be different for others...My records were sent to the dental office and so I did not need bite-wing X-rays however the panoramic X-ray was taken. I also had my teeth cleaned. After a consultation with Dr Ernst I felt I was back in the caring hands of my Illinois family doctor. Without hesitation I scheduled my six month follow-up!

The staff and the doctors at Pleasant Plains are amazing. They are always so friendly and willing to help. Both of my sons had to get fillings, and the technicians and the doctor made them feel so comfortable and at ease. Neither of my boys have apprehension when they come to the dentist because the staff is so kind. Thank you Pleasant Plains Dental! Thank you Dr. Koveos and staff!!!!

Over 2yrs.ago I decided to change dentist I received a postcard announcing a new practice in Indian Trail with Dr. Ernst,I then met with the dentist and he gave a tour of the office which has state of the art equipment as well as kid friendly. The staff are friendly, and professional. I have been pleased with the dental care. I highly recommend this dental office as they have scheduled hours to meet your needs, now that is truly great service!
