Scheduled my appointment with ease and my insurance covered most of it. Got my cleaning done and chipped tooth filled which came out looking as if it was never chipped. Very friendly service and answered all my questions that I had. Would recommend this to anyone.

I had the best experience I have ever had at a dentist before. Dr. Patel and Leslie were very comforting and professional. The office is extremely clean and upscale. The front desk is very helpful and professional. The staff as a whole make you feel very welcomed and comfortable. I would highly recommend this dentistry.

Great staff! Everyone is genuinely friendly and caring from the moment you walk in. The office and rooms are modern and clean. Dr. Patel is incredibly kind and professional and does great work. All the techs are very experienced and attentive. You won't be disappointed with Pleasant Plains Dental!

Gillian was treated with great attention and respect. The technician and doctor were top notch and both of us had our questions answered without feeling rushed. Although, she is not continuing treatment at this time as she is returning to Savannah soon. If she doesn't find the same level of courtesy and care there, will consider doing all the treatment long distance...

Friendly staff at the front desk. Comfortable office waiting room area with coffee and TV. Katelyn was wonderful...cleaned my teeth beautifully and didn't gouge me even once! Modern equipment/ technology. Dr. Ernst is very caring...asks questions, answers questions and is not in a rush to get out of the room like many other Dentists. Overall experience: Outstanding!

I' just moved to NC from NY sand hadn't gotten around to finding a new Dentist.The other night I cracked my too the and called Pleasan Plains at 8:30 pm and left a message on their emergency line.Dr.Ernst returned my call very promptly and told me what to do until the next day when he made an 8am appt for me.At the time I called I didn't realize my tooth was cracked-I only knew my filling fell out so his instructions were to help with that problem.It wasn't until the next day at their offic did I know the tooth cracked.From the moment I walked into the office and every single employee I dealt with while there was exceptionally friendly,warm,seemed to actually CARE about my problem and went out if their way to explain every single step along the way.This practice is AMAZING and I'm so grateful I found then.

The staff has been nothing but pleasant. When you walk in the door they immediately take care of you and welcome you when you enter. They are helpful in every way and they answer every question you have for them. They take care of their customers. The dentists themselves are wonderful. Dr. Patel is awesome and she has a great sense of humor and did a great job with my teeth. She provided the proper at home care for my teeth. This place is wonderful and the office environment is great and this is a dentist office I will be staying at long term!

Family had been looking for the best Dental Doctor in Union County and we absolutely have found one in Dr. Ernest. He has all the bedside manors anyone would want in a Physician. All five of my family members are members of Pleasant Plains Dental and we love it.

I had the most wonderful experience at Pleasant Plains Dental today! I have had cavities filled twice by two different dentists over the past 40 years and they were both very painful and traumatic experiences. When I went to see Dr. Ernst l was very nervous and had high anxiety but he and his staff were so friendly and patient with me. I did not feel any pain the entire time and it was over in no time! My fear that I had all of these years of having cavities filled no longer exists and I don't have a fear of going to the dentist anymore! Thank you Dr. Ernst and your wonderful staff for your kindness and knowing how to handle people with anxiety:) God bless you and your precious staff and families!

Dr. Ernst was very informative and had a great "chair side" manner. I'm a nervous dental patient and he made me feel very comfortable. Jamie, Brittany and Kaitlyn were sooo nice and very, very helpful. What a great staff! I would highly recommend them!

I was in need of a dentist and had no idea where to turn as there is so many out there . So I googled dentist in Indian Trail and Pleasant Plains Dental was showing 5 stars . After reading about 20 or more reviews I decided to try them out and I'm so glad I did . I was impressed from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. DR. Ali and his assistant was great as well as the whole staff . If you are looking for a great dentist I would highly recommend Pleasant Plains Dental .I'm not one to sit down and write a review but I felt I needed to because these people are professionals. We recently moved to town and I've been looking for a new dentist for our family. I saw Dr. Ali for a root canal yesterday and a different painful tooth today. He's very professional and kind, as are all of the staff. I'm in awful pain and they were able to get me an appointment with an endodontist this afternoon to do a retreatment root canal (previously worked on by a different dental office). They went out of their way to help me and I'm so appreciative. Additionally, the office is very comfortable and they continually check on you during your procedure to make sure you're ok. My family and I will continue to go here. If you're looking for a new dentist, this is the place to call!

Petrified of the dentist is an understatement. I have had terrible experiences in the past with: comfort and not receiving what I felt was the best quality of care. The staff mad me feel completely comfortable and did not rush the process. I was in excruciating pain when I walked through the door and Dr. Patel took the time to explain to me what was going on and what my treatment plan was. The financial department explained the cost of services and they were able to offer me services at that moment. I ultimately had a wisdom tooth removed and having never had a tooth extracted I was beyond nervous. The area was super numb and then the tooth was pulled. Following the extraction the staff followed up to ensure that I was okay. I love this place so much I refer everyone here now including my father who just so happened to be avoiding having a tooth removed. Best dental experience ever: friendly staff, extremely clean office, best customer service and a well informed and friendly staff.

Dr. Ali and the entire staff did an excellent job in calming my fears of the whole new Dentist experience. Coming from a small town we have had very few options and usually we go, where our parents took us as a child. I must tell you that stepping in to their office with an immediate need to have a wisdom tooth pulled, it is was though I was Fred Flintstone going to see George Jetson's Dentist. The thoroughness of my examination was overwhelming and mind bending to see the use of technology in their office. Dr. Ali was able to remove the troublesome tooth painlessly. Thankful that we have other options and look forward to seeing my new Dentist soon!

Dr . Ali is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. Him and his assistant Kristina Bulk were very caring and very gentle always checking in making sure that I was feeling OK . He always explain what he was about to do and made it very simple . I truly truly truly recommend him to anyone who needs dental work done .

I broke a tooth this morning and the office fit me in the same day. Despite it being days before Christmas and people trying to utilize their benefits before the end of the year. Dr Ernst is my normal dentist; however, today Dr Ali completed my dental work (temporary crown). I must say, he is just as wonderful as Dr Ernst! He and Leslie went out of their way to ensure my comfort. Most of my dental work has been completed under sedation, but not today! I can honestly say I feel comfortable seeing either dentist, which is a huge relief when one doesn't have an availability for an emergency appointment!

Finding a good dentist can never be too easy. Today was my son's first extraction. He was seen by Dr. Ali. Our experience was very pleasant warm and welcoming. The staff, Taylor, and Christine(dental assistant) was so kind, sweet and hospitable. Dr Ali was very nice, patient, addressed our concerns was very thorough in explaining pre procedure and post home instructions. Everyone was so nice, that I've made future appts for everyone in my household! Definantly will be returning and highly recommend. As I previously stated, finding a good dentist that is caring and compassionate and will listen is hard to find, I found all those things with Dr Ali and staff. Thank you For your kindness and for helping my son feel better!

Friendly staff best experience at a dentist office I have ever had. They were very thorough and answered all of my questions. Dr Ernst has a great bedside manner I usually have anxiety attacks when going to the dentist but I didn't have one this time I was very relaxed.
