I have lived in NC for only 10 years. I moved from San Francisco, and I must admit that I had a very difficult time finding a Dentist that I liked until a friend referred me to Dr. Ernst. He performed a root canal for me and I had a distinct dejavous. He was friendly yet confident. He was knowledgable and described everything to me even as he was working. I was absolutely thrilled with him, his staff, and how clean the entire practice portrayed. Clearly a step above all the rest! Finally, I have a Dentist and a home for all of my dental needs.

I recently got my wisdom teeth removed at Pleasant Plains and it went great! I was super nervous about it all but the care I received was comforting. Everyone was incredible friendly and made me feel less nervous about the surgery. Glad I got this done at Pleasant Plains!

One of the best experience I've had in a dental office. I've lived all over the states and Germany.By far the most relaxed I've ever felt. Staff was outstanding and the young Doctor that did my extraction had me at ease the whole time very caring. Talked me through the procedure the whole way. He will definitely be my Dentist. The quality of care, comfort, friendliness and patience with my 4year old ‘first timer’ were top notch!

My five year old had to get a cavity filled and I was dreading the experience. I expected tears, screaming and her being scared. The experience was the opposite- they were able to keep her calm and loving the dentist. Great job working with a little one at a tough time!

I walked into the office with lots of anxiety from past experiences with dental work, and from the time I walked in, Brittany and Christine at the front made me feel so welcomed. They are so friendly and helpful. My first experience with Doctor “C” and his assistant, Christina was nothing short of the best. They listened to all my concerns and fears and assured me that this time would be different. It was great! The following day, Dr, “C” called to check on me. Yesterday I returned for my second surgery and they were amazing! They explain everything to me and are very patient and compassionate. This is a wonderful practice and I will refer anyone to them. I also love their hours making it more convenient for people like me who can’t get off work just anytime. Thank you all for everything!

The most beautiful dentists office I have ever been to! The spa feeling makes you relaxed and comfortable. The hygenists were very nice and made sure I was well taken care of. Kristen took care of my cleaning and did a great job with zero pain when working around my gums! Dr. Ernst was kind and try’s to put you at ease.

I had to have 2 cavities filled. I’ve never had a cavity before now so I was a little nervous. Dr Ernst made the whole process easy and painless. He told me everything he was going to do before doing it and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. He is super friendly and personable and made me feel at ease. At the end they brought a warm wash cloth with lavender essential oil on it to wipe my mouth with. I thought I was at the spa for a minute! They always go above and beyond my expectations.

Excellent. Everyone is nice, the office is very clean, and you are made to comfortable. I saw Kayla, and she is fabulous. I was nervous about my deep root cleaning, and she explained things very well, was very attentive and is very personable. The doctor that gave me the shots did such a good job, I barely felt the injections. Thank you so much! I have finally found a wonderful dental office! I will be recommending Pleasant Plains Dental to everyone I know. They also have evening and weekend appointments which is fantastic.

Great patient service. Zana and my dr made me feel very comfortable. They kept asking if i was okay, and made me feel more relaxed. They were both amazing!

Dr. Ali is always friendly and kind, and remembers me and my children when we visit. I had a tooth pulled and a root canal done this past year by him, and was impressed by his consideration for both my experience and comfort during the procedures. I highly recommend him for both adults and children.

Dr. C took care of all my concerns and made sure that I was fully aware of what he was going to do. Zana was excellent in tending to all my needs and making me comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone
