My first encounter was 6 months ago.Needed some help with a throbbing tooth problem.Dr.Ali and his staff made me feel that help was out there,and i had just found it. Was taken in and tooth problem was a thing of the past in about an hour,and i did not have an appointment.That made a lasting impression on me.Had another problem arise last week and was set up with an appointment the next day, with all x-rays taken, and set to go back this Thursday to complete my appointment.All personal at this facility are proffesional in the way they do their job and are a credit to this company with Dr Ali being as good a dentist as i have ever dealt with.Your facility is bright,clean and inviting when you step inside.I have no fear here and will certainly tell my friends about my experience there.I look forward to the finished product and getting my smile back on the wright track.

I personally have a dental phobia as many of us do. I was made to feel comfortable in such an anxious situation for me. I was completely informed on every step of my procedure and each and every staff member truly cared about my experience. The service was second to none. I truly appreciated my time with the staff and will recommend this practice moving forward.

Being relatively new to the Charlotte area, both my husband and I are so grateful to have now found a Dental office that we are completely pleased with! Pleasant Plains Dental is welcoming and friendly.From the time we entered their front door and were greeted by their cheerful office staff,all questions or concerns were kindly answered.Brittany,Brooke,Channel and Chelsea were the staff that checked us in and out,we left being so impressed with their courtesy and kind mannerisms! My husband was very pleased at his first appointment with dental hygienist, Kayla C. As my care has been more extensive, I have also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Perkins and Assistant Melvin.They were top notch also. Kind,courteous and explained each step of my procedure. Dr. Ernst and Assistant Jean made such a great team at my last appointment,for a necessary extraction.Again, I was met with such excellent care! Feeling a bit nervous, Dr. Ernst's and Jean's kind and courteous manner,explaining each step put me completely at ease and another successful appointment! This is the best Dentist office in Union County hands down! Dr. Ernst is truly a professional. I had a lot of issues coming in and was apprehensive about the procedures I would be facing. Dr. Ernst explained everything to me thoroughly; including the procedure and the care and maintenance plan going forward. He was true to his word. The care and consideration they have shown me throughout the whole process has been phenomenal! My hygienist Kayla is the absolute best!! They truly treat you as a member of their own family. I'm so glad that I chose this office for my dental care. They are the best!!!!

My experience with Pleasant Plains Dental is always a positive one. My latest visit was a last-minute trip for an extraction. I'm grateful to have been fit in with my regular doctor (Ernst) who was gentle, caring, and efficient. I was anxious about the shots and he was careful with my feelings and made me as comfortable as possible. I have, and will continue to, refer this practice and, in particular, this dentist. The staff (notably Kayla) are all very caring and professional, also.

I was met by a friendly courteous staff, and I received detailed attention to my needs. They constantly check to make sure you are comfortable while they are doing the procedure. I wholeheartedly recommend Pleasant Plains Dental to anyone in need of dental care.

Having been an active duty military family we moved often and finding a qualified caring dentist was challenging. The move to Charlotte was no different until I found Dr. Ernst and Pleasant Plains Dental. I was a candidate for implants and had questions, concerns and some fear about the procedure. After meeting and consulting with Dr. Ernst I had complete confidence this was the right choice for me. His professionalism, expert knowledge and compassion for his patients is superb. The implant procedure was remarkably painless and fast. Dr. Ernst ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure and explained the process and methodology. Very professional, quality of care, good customer service

I've had bad experiences at a dental offices before,but this experience was the best of my life. I appreciate the special care everyone gave me for my first wisdom tooth extraction. I will definitely give you a good word for anybody I know that needs dental work. Thanks so much.

I would recommend Pleasant Plains to everyone. The staff is friendly and professional. They even double checked my insurance and the price for the procedure was even cheaper. My comfort during wisdom teeth removal was top priority for Dr. Ernst. I was able to schedule and complete my dental work in a quick amount of time. I look forward to continuing as a patient.

My vist at Pleasant Plains Dental was great. The front desk lady greeted me with a smile and was very friendly. Dr. Ernst made me feel very welcome and comfortable about my vist and was also very nice and friendly. His assistant was very nice and friendly and also made me feel welcome. All the staff I saw was smiling and made sure to say hello and goodbye when I left. The office was very clean and smelled wonderful!

Truthfully, it wasn’t easy to search for a new dentist after 9 years. My 1st appt-dental checkup and cleaning here at Pleasant Plains Dental was one of the most thorough I’ve ever had. katlyn was most educational in going over my teeth and she was patient and thorough in answering my many questions. Yazmin was also SO helpful. Her cheery lighthearted disposition made me feel so at ease. Dr. Ali was calm, approachable and professional. Their equipment is all state of the art. I felt relaxed and not pressured in any way as we walked through the various procedures. The front office staff were also organized, efficient and helpful. Thanks to you all!

From the moment I walked in I was treated with kindness. The waiting room is filled with comfort and provides a relaxing environment. The warm reception was a breath of fresh air. This is very different from all previous dental practices I have been to. I was escorted around I believe by Jasmine, the office and everyone was kind. They tell you what is going to happen every step of the way. Dr. Larry is a "Hoot!" I loved his approach and eagerness to listen to my concerns. He was upfront and honest every step of the way. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Erica the hygienist. She was very delicate and gentile with her approach. I will scream it from the rooftop that this is the BEST dental office EVER!

While I've only been coming here for about 9 months, I have been in the office numerous times with some issues. Each time I have come has been a remarkable experience with the professionalism, expertise, compassion, & friendliness of the entire staff. It's clear that they truly care about YOU!! Superior team and staff. Feels like family and friends when I go there. Even though I’ve only been 3 times (have a extremely long treatment plan) I walk in and they shower me with “personal” love. And Bri, she’s the real deal and so comforting, funny and all around a joy!!!! And we have a mutual wonderful experience with a past dentist that I found out after chatting which her. You will not find a better staff from front office to the back. I always rave and recommend them to everyone. Don’t wait to go to a dentist if you are nervous; as I always am, because they are experts in big babies like me.
