We have had great experiences when we have worked with Jim. He is actually the reason we come to Pappas to have our service done at this dealership! He is very knowledgeable and helpful with serving our needs getting us in and out in a timely manner. We have several Toyotas in the family and we prefer to work with Jim for our service needs!

Brought my 2010 Corolla in for a regular oil change and tire rotation. Darin was extremely friendly and was ready for me when I pulled in to the service area. Darin kept me informed of everything that was going on with my car and answered some questions I had about some other items concerning my car. The waiting area was a bit crowded, but nice and comfortable. Love the idea that you have a lady asking if we would like anything to drink or snack on. My car was finished before I expected it to be done. The service technician did a fantastic job getting it done quick. Everyone in the dealership was so friendly. The lady that helped during the checkout process is phenomenal. She connects with your customers on a personal level. Even though I purchased my Corolla from another Toyota dealership, my general maintenance from the first oil change has been with Pappas Toyota. When there was an issue with my transmission, they didn't hesitate to take care of it. I will continue to have them do the general maintenance on my Corolla. Thank you Pappas Toyota for everything that you do to keep this Corolla owner happy!

I had a very pleasant time at the dealership. My car was completed sooner than expected and I had the rest of the evening to enjoy my self. She went over the work done and explain when the next time will be coming up for service. Many thanks. Keep up the good work.

Everything was done and it was done on time. The service people went above and beyond for me. The only thing was that technician's evidently forgot to reset the maintenance reminder because, of course, the day after I was in, that alert started going off and I haven't figured out how to make it go away!

Great experience. Peple are great there. Thought coupon was a little misleading. I use synthetic oil, but coupon for my service was for regular oil.

The main reason I take my car to Pappas Toyota is because of Jim Lynch. I get my Prius oil changes done here and Jim has also helped me with tires for the Prius and for a Honda. He is a great person to deal with.

Great service

Service was for oil/lube. As always, service was accomplished as stated by the service advisor. I was also informed as to what future service needs should be performed. Very pleasant, polite and professional service visit. Thank you to Sean and the staff !!!

Paul Nettler is the service writer I always go to, always professional and helpful, I always try and use a mechanic name of Josh brown to service my cars, the work is always done properly and he explains what he did and why, again always fixed right. that's my biggest part of why he works on car, always fixed right. I am sure others do a fine job to. Another subject, the waiting area by the video machines seems always cold. thanks Barry Crustals

I was having my 2016 Tacoma serviced under the Toyota Care Program. They took my truck in on time, and finished quickly. Annette explained all that was done and I was on my way. She was very friendly and professional.

Service is always excellent and people are friendly and helpful. Great all around experience.

Jim was my service input person. He took us on time and gave us an explanation of what would be done and how long it would take. We had a couple of coupons that he applied to our ticket. Services were completed in less time than expected. We enjoyed a snack served while we waited. At checkout, we noticed that the coupons hadn't been deducted, but Jim and the cashier promptly and courteously took care of that. We were very well pleased with the service, prices, and overall courtesy and treatment we received. Thank you!

Service was exceptional. We had to bring in our 2009 Camry for the oil consumption test which it fsiled. Dave explained all steps in detail and questions additional questions. He made sure we received a rental and kept us update on the work being completed. 5 stars!
