I had our 2004 Prius serviced recently and everyone I dealt with was extremely courteous and helpful. Everything that was done to the Prius was spelled out in advance as well as the pricing. Nice perk with the free refreshments as I waited and the lady doing the serving was especially nice too. We have been using Pappas Toyota for as long as I can remember and will continue to do so. Nice job.

Patrick was excellent. He was friendly, helpful and courteous. I didn't have an appointment, but he was cheerful and got me right in. He promptly answered my questions. He even pulled my car into the work area after service so that I did not have to go out in the pouring rain. He is truly the best service person I have experienced in a long time.

They were very professional and pleasant to work with and it didn't take long to complete our service.

Everyone at Pappas Toyota service and rental are always very nice and very helpful. They always treat me with VIP treatment. The service performed is excellent and always without a problem.

The work to my van was a 5000 mile complimentary service call. Basically a tire rotation with a bunch of check points. Everything passed satisfactorily. I also had a rattle in the back end of the van Patrick dogged this noise until he figured it out. It was the license plate holder. He repositioned the plate and tightened every thing down. I am always very pleased with the service department at Pappas Toyota. I drove Chryslers for 10-15 years until last year when I traded the Sebring in for the Tacoma, and this past spring, my husband traded his Altima in for the new Camry. We can't tell you how much better the service is at Pappas Toyota than either MidRivers Chrysler or the Nissan dealership across the road. thanks so much for the excellent performance, and keep up the good work. Friendly and outgoing service by all.

Because we had owned a Toyota before and had a good experience it was easy decision to try another one again. Our experience with the salesman was extremely satisfying. He was not too pushy and took time to listen to all the rational about why I wanted the price I told him I needed. There was not a lot of extensive negotiating and once we reached an agreement the discussion with the finance guy was quick and informative and we had our new car in record time compared to some of my new car buying experiences I have endured in the past.

Service check in was quick and easy. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, was offered refreshments, which was a pleasant touch. I liked the internet set up much better than the nail salon.

The whole transaction was handled very professionally. There was no constant offers and counter offers like you sometimes see. The transaction was completed very quickly and I'm very pleased with the car. Ben was my salesperson and he was great to work with

The service was quick and great. Rarely have I ever been the first customer. Had no problem making it to work on time.

The entire process of turning in my 2012 Camey to leasing a new 2015 Avalon deserves an A+ rating. The whole process was expedited to confirm with my husbands busy schedule and as soon as we walked through the door the finance person was ready to complete the process. Our salesman, Jim Adams accommodated my every need in a new vehicle and did an excellent job as her had in our prior Toyota leases and a purchase of a new 2015 Prius for my husband. I will highly recommend Jim, as well as Dave in finance & the lovely young lady who so patiently explain all of the amenities & challenging technology of the 2015 Avalon to me. Kudos all the way around for the entire Tom Pappas Toyota family!

Very good service and info on buyinga new car

I had an excellent and efficient experience yesterday. The service check in area was extremely busy when I got there but had me checked in a short amount of time. Your service is one of the main reasons I drive from Chesterfield to your dealership, it is always top shelf!

I am very happy with my entire experience at Pappas. Ben our sales person is AMAZING! He did an excellent job of featuring AND benefiting the 4Runner. He took the time to explain my options of financing and leasing and he made it very clear and easy to understand. Nick in Finance and Bryan our Delivery guy did great jobs as well. I feel like I got a good deal. I feel like they were fair on the vehicle I bought and fair on my trade in. I will admit, I was quite concerned walking in the door of the big fancy dealership, but after going through the entire buying process and feeling comfortable about it. I don't have any problem referring any friends or family looking for a vehicle to them. I will go back again next time I'm in the market for a vehicle. Thanks everyone! -Scott
