The service rep was knowledgeable and helpful. He explained what services my vehicle needed at this mileage and approximately how long the work would take and how much it would cost. The work was done and my car was delivered 15 minutes early to me. I am quite satisfied with the service that I received.

I have had my vehicle and other family vehicles serviced at Pappas before, but this is the first time I've brought my vehicle in and waited for it. The waiting area was amazing (understatement)! Clean, comfortable, 3 TVs, food & drink. You hardly notice you're away from home. My car was done quickly, I have no complaint.

Making an appointment is fast and easy and Erika got me in on time and out fast. Did not have to wait long for the emissions inspection.

My experience with purchasing my new 2016 Toyota Camry was outstanding. Todd was very respectful, informative and didn't waste my time. He was direct and very easy to deal with. We quickly came to the price I was willing to pay. There was no run around. I really appreciated how respectful he was of me. Prompt, friendly, and courteous

Great as usual. My service included our 1st oil change on our Rav 4 and a tire rotation. Service was completed in a timely manner and my Service Adviser was polite, professional, and seemed to care about the service needed.

I love the service at Pappas. It is so nice to have a play area for my kids and the lady who gives out snacks and drinks is so friendly. Everyone is very nice and the cost is affordable.

Service was excellent. Chris Bank discovered what was wrong with my tail gate on my 2008 Tundra and ordered the part. I am very pleased to get my rattle solved. Chris discovered that the rubber bumper had come out of the bed and resulted in excess play for the tail gate thus creating a rattle. This has been a problem for some time. I thought that the tail gate just needed adjustment and that your service mechanic should have adjusted the tail gate latch when he replaced the handle that broke a week ago. Thanks, the problem was hiding in plain sight.

Service is usually prompt, price is always a concern. I don't want to pay for anything that i don't need eg change transmission fluid, new brake pads

My parents recently purchased a vehicle here and the team overall was phenomenal. Shout out to Ben for being exactly what a salesman should be - personable and realistic. I cannot say how many other dealerships my parents went to but quite frankly left after talking with various sales associates - my parents are rather picky and knew exactly what they were looking for and didn't want to beat around the bush so to speak. Ben took the time with them and found them exactly what they were looking for. The dealership manager and finance manager were also very helpful and considerate. Will definitely be recommending this dealership to family and friends looking to purchase a reliable vehicle and/or service requests.

Really enjoyed dealing with Pappas Toyota. Courteous, knowledgeable personnel. They had the exact model that I wanted. Gave me a great price (I had shopped around for my car) and a reasonable trade in on our old car. Our salesman, Mike Pappas, followed through on everything, while Erica explained the ins and outs of all the electrical elements of the car. Couldn't be happier.
