I was in and out in much less time than if I had taken it to any other service provider. The price I paid was outstanding and the personnel were very courteous, professional and willing to go the extra step.

I bought my vehicle from Pappas and have had all services over the past 2yrs done at Pappas as well. Every experience I have had at Pappas has been exceptional. I highly recommend using Pappas, whether it be purchasing your next vehicle and hitting the gong, having your vehicles oil changed or if your simply in need of a safety and emissions test, you will not be disappointed. Their customer service ethic is unparalleled.

Darin was professional when setting the appointment. When I returned for appointment he remembered my and addressed me by my name. Verified work to be completed and requested time of completion. Completion time was right on approximate completion time. He discussed work completed and walked me to cashier with a thanks for coming on for service. Was greeted immediately. Friendly service. Truck was serviced quickly. Gino let me know what service still needed to be completed and gave me a good price to get the work done. Overall a very good experience and I will continue to have my service work done there.

Everything went as I expected. I was informed that I would probably need an air filter the next time I came in for service. I liked that I was informed of the expected service cost in advance and it was right on! Everyone is always friendly and make the experience pleasant.

Dave was friendly and courteous in answering my questions. The waiting room was comfortable and I appreciated the complimentary snacks.

I love my 2014 Prius from Pappas Toyota. Frank "The Tank" could not have been more helpful and gave me the best price for trade-in and new car purchase I have ever had. Since purchasing the Prius I have had unparalleled service on my car from the Pappas Toyota Service Department. I am a symphony conductor and understand the importance of each person contributing the highest quality in their part to create a quality performance. The staff at Pappas Toyota does just that! Overall everything was great.

I needed a transmission flush and refill with fresh fluid and a synthetic oil change with filter replacement. This was done quickly and professionally. I have no complaints. Geno is the best! He is always courteous, fast and professional. He does a great job seeing that all of my needs are met. I have 355,000 miles on my 2008 Toyota Tundra thanks to the great service I get at Pappas Toyota. I plan to drive my Tundra until it becomes unreliable, but the way it is running, that may be a million miles!

The rep explained to me what needed to be done so that it will help the up keep of my car.

I have owned my car for 1 year and it has been a great experience. I am very happy with the car and the service dept. Prior to this car, I owned 3 Hondas. I was very happy with them as well, but fell in love with the Highlander when the 2015 came out so I made a switch. I have to say that at Honda when you have your car there for serivce, when complete, it is delivered to you after a complimentary car wash. This is a VERY NICE touch. In addition, I could go there EVERY DAY if I wanted (and I did often) to get a free car wash. While I am VERY happy with my Toyota, I do miss this.

I don't recognize any of the people listed in the pictures, but the gentleman who helped me was very kind and helpful. Burt drove me to a store too and was very pleasant. The rep was patient and helped with updating my info and answered a few more questions I had. They got me in earlier than scheduled and right back out! Very good experience.

I have been bringing my Camry to Pappas Toyota since purchasing my car in 2008. Pappas servicemen do an excellent job and the supporting people (service managers, receptionists)keep things friendly and flowing. On my recent visit, it only took about 35 minutes for an oil change. Talk about efficiency!!

It is with complete confidence that I take my Camry in for service whenever it is needed ,either for an oil change or anything else. When I call to make an appointment Toyota can always get my vehicle in right away. The price of service is reasonable and the service is always prompt. Since I have taken on the full responsibility of two vehicles almost four years ago I know that I can fully rely on Toyota and the honest people who work at Pappas Toyota.

Quick, friendly, excellent service.

I was greeted immediately upon arrival. Everyone was friendly. Ben knew exactly what used trucks were on the lot for me to look at; he explained their features and was able to answer my questions. This dealership is definitely one with expert service and selection.

I feel Chris Bank is one of the best service managers that Pappas has. He is one of the reasons I stay with Pappas. My family has bought Eight vehicles over the years from Pappas. Chris deserves 10 stars for his dedication towards perfection toward his customers and Tom Pappas.

Finally, finally, finally I believe we've got the Bluetooth issue fixed. I brought my vehicle in for a Bluetooth issue in May 2015, after many false promises and little communation from Pappas Toyota, during a scheduled 45k mile service in March 2016, I brought up the fact that I was still waiting for the Toyota rep to contact me about the bluetooth problem I was told they though the issue had been resolved but would look into again. After much discussion the service rep who specializes in bluetooth issues took my android and paired it again with my Highlander and the bluetooth is still active 24 hours later. We'll see how long it continues.

The price was great. I actually priced a local shop that I had gone to for years before I purchased my new car. Pappas was LOWER which shocked me. The reputation is unsurpassed. It was easy to get an appointment. However, the online appointment creator told me that there was not a "wait for it" appointment available for several weeks, but when I called I got in with no problem. The service was great. I was told 1 hour, and it was done in 1 hour. Very impressed. Love you guys.
