The whole experience was great. From easily booking my appointment online to the great customer service. I was very happy.

Great response time even though my issue occurred twice. Finally taken care of and everything seems to be working well. Appreciate the ease of the appointment, getting a rental car, and how quickly the problem was resolved.

It was good as usual very friendly,prompt and personal!I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Courteous, Fast, Friendly

Came in for scheduled 5,000 mile interval oil change. Also had tires rotated, cooling system flushed, cabin air filter replaced, battery corrosion cleaned. Waiting room was comfortable with great coffee and fruit and granola bars plus magazines to read. Service advisor was helpful, and cashier was pleasant as always. It was a relaxing way to spend two hours on a Friday morning.

I know that Pappas does quality work but I was concerned about the price. I was pleasantly surprised that my charge was so low. They had my car ready faster than the estimate and the waiting area is very nice.

We love our Toyota Avalon hybrid and we are most pleased with the service we get at Pappas Toyota. Dave took very good care of us.

I bring my car in regularly for service. Gino always ensures I wait a minimal amount of time. He also provides me a list of any upcoming maintenance so that I can plan ahead for expenses. The one time a service I had requested was forgotten, it was done without cost to me when I brought the car back. I feel like he has my best interest in mind and he values customer service. His attention to customer service certainly keeps me coming back.

I am totally satisfied with Darin's service but the main thing I want to present is my 100% satisfaction with my new Prius! This is the first car of probably 10+ new cars I have bought in my 82 years, that has so completely satisfied me! It is the only new car in which I found to be far superior to the car I thought I was buying - in so many respects I cannot state them all here! My 2016, level 2 ECO is a great car! Sorry, but you won't sell me another new one for a while. Thanks, Dave.

I really appreciated the service I received, everyone was very nice and accommodating. I didn't have an appointment and showed up a little past 5 but the service guys were able to fit in my oil change. No one appeared to be irritated or in a rush even though I showed up past the allotted time for the service.

Service Department and Paul Nettler always ready to meet appts and answer any questions I may have. Service is done in time stated and any other checking done and presented the needs of the vehicle at this time if necc. Everyone at Pappas is always helpful!

Fantastic service by Dave and by your courtesy refreshment lady in the waiting area who is so quick to take care of everyone. Overall excellent service!
