The response and service I received from Chris Bank was excellent.

I had previously visited this facility after reading reviews and decided to return for further service. Always concerned about the cost of car repair, had an unexpected costly repair, but the technician was able to explain to me the necessity of getting of getting it repaired.

This was for new car service. We were waited on promptly. The waiting area was accommodating and the people friendly. The car was finished on the time stated and a explanation on the service provided. We were very pleased.

I am a first time owner of a Toyota. My appointment was on time. He reviewed each item very thoroughly. Very courteous and helpful. Great service.

This was the last of my complimentary service maintenance. That is very nice to have that for 2 years or 25,000 miles. I was greeted immediately and the service advisor took care of my paper work quickly. The maintenance work was done quickly. Very please with your efficient operation.

Great service in a timely manner. Only thing I didn't like was the text I received after the service wanting to know if I wanted to sell my car. Not cool.

This trip was for inspection only on our Camry and the service was as it always is, EXCELLENT...... All service work on this Camry has been completed at Pappas and their Service Department is top notch. I have always been treated in a polite and professional manner, work has always been completed in a timely manner and right the first time. I highly recommend Tom Pappas to my friends without hesitation. They back up the sale with the highest level of service and make you feel each and every time you go there that they do appreciate your business. It was a pleasant experience having my vehicle serviced at Pappas. I was offered a drink and snack. The person who helped me answered all of my questions and explained the printout to me. He walked me to my car and checked to make sure the service message had been turned off because I was concerned about that. I highly recommend Pappas Toyota.

My experience similar to every other experience at Papapas Toyota was amazing. My wife and I have been shown great hospitality from the day we first entered the dealership. From the service personnel greeting you when you exit the vehicle to the extraordinary lady that offers snacks and drinks. We have made purchases from several dealerships but never have had an experience close to what we receive when we visit Pappas Toyota. Keep up the good work!!!
