I took my car to Pappas for a recall fix. While waiting for my vehicle, Chris Banks informed me that another recall was found. In order to do this one, which was a safety issue, they would need a few more hours. Chris immediately got me a rental so I could return to my daily routine.Within a few hours, it was ready. Chris and the team made sure I had exactly what I needed without me being inconvenienced. Thanks!

Service appointment was for routine maintenance, oil, service and lube plus tire rotation. As usual, the work performed was completed in professional manner from check in to check out. The Service Department is EXCELLENT overall. We bought our first vehicle from Pappas in 2013 and the car plus the service support has been great. It's nice to deal with a dealership that really does appreciates your business and backs it up with GREAT support!!!

We are fairly new to the area. I needed the safety and smog checks to align our vehicle with the state requirements. Paul also gave me directions to the offices I would need to visit next in order to register the vehicle in the State. His extra help and guidance helped me immensely.

Jim Lynch is a pleasure to deal with. We have our Prius serviced there and he is always honest and helpful with that car but will always help with our other cars. He never is in a rush and will not push unnecessary repairs on us. He helped tremendously when both our vehicles needed tires.

This was my last Toyota Care service, so there was no charge :-) When I dropped the car off, I was told it would take about 45 minutes. It was just under 45 minutes, so I was pleased.

Sean was very friendly and I didn't have to wait. I thought I was coming in for an oil change/tire rotation AND the 60,000 mile service. Sean spent several minutes on the computer, all the while chatting with me. He discovered that I had ALREADY done the 60,000 mile checkup at my last visit (which I had forgotten). I appreciate the fact that he spent extra time to check the records to save me money. AND that he didn't try to "re-sell" that service as if it hadn't already been done. I appreciate his honesty. That's what keeps me coming back to Pappas.

Chris is AMAZING! He always goes above and beyond in helping me find the most efficient and cost effective solutions to my repair needs. I purchased my Sequoia back in 2007 from another dealer but later became a regular Pappas customer because of the service I received from folks like Chris Bank. He has taken the time to get to know me and my vehicle.and is very knowledgeable of Toyota vehicles and automobiles in general. In many cases has been able to diagnose my car over the phone. Chis Bank is a big reason why I drive past many other repair shops and Toyota service shops to get to Pappas, which has all of the service records on my vehicle for the past 9 years. He is also why, when my 22 year-old wanted to buy his first car, I steered him straight to Pappas! I introduced my son to Chris during this same visit and he helped my son get his first oil change, as well as find a cost effective replacement tire for the one that blew out just as he was turning onto the Pappas lot! While my college student was worried sick about the costs, Chris was vey affirming and calming as he explained the possible solutions and had my son relaxed, up and running in no time. For this, I'm am immensely grateful and am a most satisfied Pappas customer! 2 of our family friends are about to buy cars from Pappas because of our bragging about our sales and service experience. And it all started with your service department for us. Thanks for being AWESOME!

With some extra effort on my part the experience was favorable. My high beams were not operating and in order to pass the state inspection it was going to cost me a whopping $850.00 to replace the light assemblies. The bulbs had been replaced during the 2014 state inspection. It cost me $225 to make the repair then. They gave me a Toyota customer service number to call and after a few conversations Toyota agreed to pay for the assemblies and I paid for the labor. The service manager told me there had been several revisional improvements made to the light assemblies over the past few years. The dealership should have been more agressive back in 2014 on insisting Toyota pick up the cost then. But that didn't happen and at least I can get my license plate renewal. So all is good!

Bryant welcomed me and Chris Bank took over the FREE (thank you) service. The lady who greeted me in the service waiting area and offered a drink and snacks was very friendly and kind. When the Prius was ready, Chris kindly answered my questions and led me to my car. My impressions of all Pappas staff are of efficient people interested in making every visit a pleasure. I am so happy to do business with Pappas.

I was greeted immediately upon arrival. Sean gave me a very accurate estimate of my wait time. I was offered snacks in the waiting area (I declined this time but have used in the past--nice touch). The cost was within the estimate provided, no surprises. Sean even took the time to explain what some concerns would be at my next visit, which I find helpful when planning these expenses. I like this dealership because they offer great value, great service and they get me in, out and on my way. Thank you!

Chris Bank answered my call for an appointment and set us up with a time that worked well for us as he always does. The service was prompt (full synthetic oil/filter change) and the price with coupon was fair. No unneeded services were pushed on me which I appreciate. The waiting lounge was pleasant. I am very happy with my first experience at Pappas Toyota. My husband is usually the one that brings our cars in.

I have purchase a total of three Toyota's. The first was a 2014 Highlander Limited. We chose this vehicle after e tensile research and test drives of drifter end makes. What sold us on this vehicle where the safety and innovative equipment. Our salesperson was Megan she was very knowledgeable regarding the vehicle sand its equipmen. After short discussion we agreed on a price that I was very pleased with. This negotiations were not a drawn out labor intensive process. Subsequently after this purchase our daughter loved the car so much that we sold it to her and again purchased a 2016 Highlander Limited again from Megan. When it came time to buy myself a new kid size truck I again checked out the top two Chevrolet and Toyota. Being the owner of two other Toyota's I decided on the Toyota Tacoma. I was satisfied with the price I paid but to see if I got a good deal I checked with true car web site and was very please with what it indicated. I bring both cars and truck back for service and am very pleased in the service department and the ease in making an appointment. Megan is the best sales person I have ever dealt him with and Have recommend both her and Pappas Toytoa.
