Thank you very much for such a great service! Gino was most helpful and prompt. I will be back for the next maintenance. I do want to mention being a bit disappointed in the tires I got. I was charged $629 for 4 tires. After doing some research I noticed I could have paid about $100-115 per tire. But I do realize that dealerships usually charge more, so that is a lesson for the future. Thank you again!!

The guys at Pappas were great. I brought in my vehicle for a simple oil change and they found a problem with my engine leaking oil. The repairs were completed and all covered under Toyota's warranty program. I will always take my vehicle to Pappas as long as I own a Toyota. Thanks again guys.

There was an icon that came up on my dashboard shortly after leaving your service department. I was driving so I couldn't stop and look up the meaning of this light in the book. I called and spoke with Annette. She went out of her way to help me. She took the description of the light from me and some how she made sense of my explanation. She promised to call me before she left for the day and let me know what the warning light meant. She definitely followed-up with a phone call before she left. My problem was fixed and I had peace of mind. She showed excellent customer service. I thank Pappas for having such stellar customer service! I have never been let down.

I have always had such friendly and helpful service from Pappas Toyota. They always explain what they are doing. They will give a detailed list of what they did and items that need to be watched for future service. Ex: tires or wind shield wipers getting worn.

Service was quick and easy. I called 2 hours before the service was scheduled, to get my car in for an oil change and tire rotation AND it was on MLK day. I was in and out within half hour to 45 minutes. They didn't try to sell me on another service or say I needed this or that done. Second time to take my car to Pappas for service. Love them

It's always pleasant to come in for routine service BUT...I do think 1 hour 20 minutes is especially a long wait from appointment time (and arrived 10 minutes early so that is not calculated in my wait time) for a routine check up (not oil change) and tire rotation. This long wait makes me NOT want to continue my 5,000 mile check ups on my 2014 Camry. I also appreciate Mia servicing the clients as they wait in the lounge area with snacks and drinks. She is very sweet and persitant. The staff overall at Pappas Toyota is EXCELLENT!

I bought my Camry from Pappas Toyota. This was the first service and part of the 2 years of free maintenance that came with the vehicle. I received a phone call reminding me it was time to bring it in and at the appointment, I was in and out in a half hour. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Absolutely love Tom Pappas Toyota. I have purchased all of my automobiles from them from the time I began working. I now own my own company and have a fleet of automobiles that have all been purchased from them. I continue to have each of them serviced and they have always done the very best job, make sure that all coupons have been used, and the waiting area cannot compare to any other dealership. I will never go anywhere else.

While at the dealership for my oil change and tire rotation the service was just fine as usual. But on Christmas Eve my tire pressure light came on. This happens to me a lot. Normally I remind them to please reset all the sensors, but I didn't. I called Monday to report the problem, was told to just come on in.Not possible since I work. 1st day I can get there isThursday. In the past a technician was sent to my office. I told her that. She was very pleasant,told me to come in anytime to fix. Not sure why I have to keep reminding you to have this completed.
