During my visits I was impressed by the courtesy and respect each of your team mates extended....no one was pushy or rude....they all worked hard to get me into a vehicle that I could afford and needed.... although I'm not a Toyota fan, this is one place I will revisit when I can finally afford a new vehicle....I saw a couple of vehicles I actually liked and if you haven't visited Tom Pappas Toyota,you don't know what your missing....huge selection of vehicles.....and best part, they are affordable. ....Thank you all so much for taking the time to work with me...Barb...

The experience was very good. Lacey was informative and price offered was the best that I had found for 2015s and 2016s that was looked at from the 4 dealers checked (Honda and Toyota).

I just purchased a new Prius C on Saturday Oct. 31st. I was greeted at the door by Ben and he helped me through the whole process of purchasing my car. Other than waiting for the paperwork to be completed it was an efficient and seamless event.

I would give Pappas Toyota an excellent five star rating on my experience purchasing my last vehicle. From the moment I entered the door I was shown respect, no question was too trivial, and my sales person's knowledge of the vehicles was remarkable. Once the deal was made, taking procession of the car was flawless. I would like to give a shout out to both our salesperson, Jimmy Adams and our delivery manager, Erika Cox. Excellent job! I will definitely contact you the next time we are looking for a new vehicle.
