As always everyone there are professional and friendly Alyssa Broccoli patiently listen the problems of my Camry and why I made my appointment with Ackerman. Ackerman did my request and checked all the necessary items I asked. My car now is at good shape. I am very appreciative especially Alyssa helped me connect my iPhone to my Camry. So I will not have any problem to listen the songs on my iPhone before I left. I am very thankful for her kindness. Also my appointment was easy to make and did not have to wait very long. I always receive great service here. I’ve been bringing my car here for service for the last 4 years, and everyone has always been so kind and explain everything they’re doing. I never spend a long time waiting for my car. At the most, I’ve spent 45 minutes. I will always come back here!

Came in for a oil change and tire rotation early Tuesday morning. In and out very quickly. When I checked in I was informed there was a recall on my car's fuel pump. Never would have guessed it if the person at the service desk had not told me. Very friendly person, too!

First off friendliness is key acknowledge the customer when once you pull on no 2 listening to the problems really listening ,and if they can't they direct you to some one who can Dennis grabe and crew on floor friendly and great took care of my concerns even when I came back ,the same day for a problem got right on it so from me so far you guys get a 10 and if there is a problem I am sure it will be dealt with tks. I have always had good service from the Ackerman Toyota Service team. Last Friday my window came off its track. I called and even though the service department was full with appointments I was told to bring the car on by for a look. I understood that parts may need to be ordered but that the window could be secured until the parts came in. I truly appreciated the up-front information and that the service department squeezed my car in even though they were busy. Thankfully the problem was minor and it was fixed that day. Thank you Ackerman Toyota for such a great team of Service folks.

I had a great experience having my Rav4 serviced recently at Ackerman Toyota. I worked with Mark Wright and appreciate his excellent customer service so much. He was friendly, polite, and respectful. I appreciate him sharing the recommended list of services with me but not pressuring me to have them done right away. He understood that I, like most customers, operate on a budget and need help prioritizing the needs of my Toyota. I will continue to have my car serviced with Ackerman!

I had scheduled minimal routine servicing on my 2008 Sienna van to be done while I waited (oil change and tire rotation). My service advisor, Métja Christiansen, was excellent, very personable and knowledgeable about the service procedures. Job was completed as expected within one hour. I appreciate being able to make my credit card payment directly to her as I got my paperwork without a separate trip to a cashier. Masks were worn by all, and hand sanitizers placed throughout, including restroom.

I really and truly appreciate the fact that the employees saved me thousands of dollars by insisting that I complete the diagnostic instead of simply replacing my ECM. I called to get a quote on the replacement and was in tears at the thought of having to spend so much money. The advisor who took my call was kind, empathetic, and reassured me that we should explore other options before replacing a part that very very rarely goes out. All of the employees I interacted with were kind and helpful. I only wish the parts department had as good of prices as some other local dealerships, then I might have bought my part from Ackerman. But when Ackerman quoted $175 and another dealership was selling the same part for $120, it makes sense to save $55.

The Ackerman Crew has been a joy to work with. From the sales purchase to the auto service, it has been very nice. The people there treat you and your car with the utmost respect. I leave there after a service knowing my car is going to run well. Last year I had to purchase another car (my 3rd actually) and I was able to get a new car the same day with very little effort on my part. I got a good deal and I am grateful for all the help I received from the salesman and the finance officer. Now the service crew makes sure I run well. Called Monday and got an appointment for Tuesday at 7:00 am. Arrived and right at 7:00 the doors opened and was greeted and directed to registration area where my information was ready to go. Wait area was clean and nice with WiFi so I was able to work on laptop at a table and chairs. In and out in under an hour. Employees courteous, nice and efficient. Simple and sweet!

I arrived for routine maintenance but did not have an appointment. I figured I would have to wait longer. However, my car was serviced and finished in under 45 minutes! The staff, as always, greeted me professionally and with a friendly manner. Metja was my initial contact person and she was very efficient and welcoming. I felt safe in the waiting area with plenty of social distancing and everyone wore a mask. I observed a worker cleaning the surfaces while I was there. When I returned to my car, the seat was covered in a plastic wrap along with a paper floor mat which made me feel extra care was taken to ensure cleanliness. Overall, the experience was exceptional.
