I very very pleased when Rich could locate some hard to find tires for my mr2. That is one reason I have always brought my 05 back to the dealer.

I appreciate being able to send my daughter with the car and paying over the phone so as to avoid COVID 19 exposure.

The experience was seamless. I had made an appointment to get some banged up parts replaced. The parts came the next day and my appointment was for 3 days later. Everything was in place. Everyone was friendly and it felt COVID safe. Although I bought my Prius at a different dealership, further away, I have dealt with Ackerman since and would recommend them for a painless and professional experience.

I had a good experience and everything went as planned except the cost which was less than what I was quoted.

Great customer service and quality of Service

Steve Pfleeger provided excellent customer service. I had my vehicle towed to Ackerman Toyota after my transmission completely failed. Steve was helpful and informative from the first phone call to the completion of the repair…almost a three week ordeal. He guided me when I was facing issues with an extended warranty company denying my claim. Provided insight on ways to deal the warranty company and was available to talk or discuss my issues at any time of the day. He was responsive to my phone calls and straight forward with good or not so good news as it pertained to my repair needs. Steve helped to create a relationship between myself and the dealership based on his customer service, trust, and genuine care that my vehicle was taken care of properly/fairly and went above and beyond to make sure that it happened. My first time dealing with this dealership and its Service department. Won’t be my last, thanks to Steven. Truly appreciate the service provided. John Szymczyk

Brought my 2019 Highlander in for its 15,000 mile ToyotaCare service. In & out in 45 minutes with friendly service. I’ll be back. Only regret was an elderly man across the waiting room who was not wearing a face mask - a little troubling.

Excellent abut my life Toyota acerman service

Excellent, friendly service! I was so pleased with the pick up service so I did not have to wait for my repair and they were so considerate of distancing protocols when they picked up the vehicle. We live closer to another Toyota dealership, but arrange to use Ackerman because their service staff and department has been great to work with! I would highly recommend them.
