Amazing! Scotty is the man!

I appreciate your service. Each time you try to give good service. But, please be more mindful of people who are hit the hardest in this time and are burning both ends of the candle to keep the lights on, the bills being paid.... Everyone is affected in some way or other, but some are more affected than others. Next time when I come in for service be more compassionate. When we come in for a routine service we don't want to be rudely awakened by $700. At least soften the blow. I am sure you know how hard it is for people who have nothing. I am a small business owner and a proud American too.. I donate masks to doctors and depend on tips from these people. Many people even in this crisis that are earning 5 grand or more are greedy and will demand 50 masks for free Point is..some people are not kind towards each other even when things are bad. You are not not one of those.. All I am saying is..Keep up the good service but as I noted I am extremely unhappy with my experience yesterday. Try not to make me poorer next time by sending me out with a fat bill. I want to be fully informed about everything.

I tried the new pick-up and delivery service since I am mindful that I shouldn't be going out. I loved it. The guy who picked up was pleasant and friendly. The service guy (Dennis) called and checked everything over with me to get my OK to proceed. And the billing department was efficient and pleasant as usual. If I can't come in, I just really loved this service. And I am pleased that you are doing your best to be of service and keep your staff employed and earning a paycheck during this challenging time. Kudos to all of you!

Great service i walked right in and they were able to take me.one hour later oil changed.new brakes, and tires rotated.

I bought my Toyota Rav 4 at the end of 2017. Although I had owned two Toyota’s previously, this was the first time I used Ackerman, and I am happy I did. From the first telephone contact I had with the salesman who eventually sold me my car to the oil change I had last week, I have been consistently pleased with the quality of the work, the team spirit that is obvious among the employees, and the ease of simply driving in and getting service on the spot. The new building is so attractive and comfortable that I actually enjoy the waiting time — it’s a good time to catch up on email, reading, or paperwork. And the coffee and complementary soft drinks are a nice plus. So far, I have only had routine maintenance work done and I don’t think the wait has been more than 45 to 60 minutes. It’s amazing. Finally, the staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

This dealership Is awesome!. They are extremely fast at getting your car in for service or repair and doing it correctly. Everyone has a great attitude. I thoroughly Enjoyed my visit today. I was in and out in approximately an hour and 15 minutes. The staff is completely professional, courteous and friendly.

I was no notice walk in, but everything was seamless enough it felt like I was expected & everything prepared for me. They even notified me of an upcoming recall. The 20000 mile/12 month service went well & they did some maintenance that I requested.

I was promptly and warmly greeted by Denny Grabe and Chris who inspected and assessed the damage to my driver side window. They were thorough and professional and explained to me their concerns. When I mentioned that I was due for a routine service Denny quickly said that they would take care of the appropriate service and order the needed part for the repair of the side mirror. I am pleased that we chose to purchase our RAV4 Hybrid at Ackerman and I have been very impressed with the staff and the service rendered on each visit for service

Ackerman and Steve in the service dept provided great service and my car was done even earlier that requested!

Was having tire problems and my three trips in two weeks were handled with speed and no complaints. Thanks Ackerman staff! And the donuts were appreciated too.
