It was easy to schedule an appointment. The work was finished quickly. The waiting area is comfortable and spacious.

The service center is the absolute best!!! I drive across town for the polite speedy fast service and for the comfortable space out waiting area!!! I will always bring my vehicle here!!!

I haven't used your service dept before (bought my car at Fusz and have always had service there) but I needed a new battery yesterday and Metja (probably misspelling her name-sorry!) a) answered the phone when I called (whereas more than one department at Fusz did not); b) seemed to have knowledge of my 1013 Prius; and c) told me she could take care of the problem that day. (I still haven't had a returned phone call from Fusz after having left 2 messages yesterday.) Your location is also more convenient to me, so thank you! And thank her again for me, please.

I always have a pleasant experience with Ackerman Toyota starting with scheduling and actual wait time when I take my car there.

This was my first visit to Ackerman Toyota. I am very pleased with the consistently high level of service I received throughout the process. I want to particularly highlight Alyssa Brocco, Service Advisor. She was friendly from the initial greeting to the final farewell, and , just as important, she was thorough when explaining the specific procedures (and their related costs) required in a 75,000-mile service appointment for RAV4 Hybrids. A portion of the dealership's internet password is "4life." I expect to be a customer "4life." (I had the frames on the vehicle's license plates changed to Ackerman Toyota frames.)

I have always enjoyed a very favorable experience in dealing with the Ackerman Service staff since purchasing our RAV4 Hybrid in 2018. The staff have always been pleasant, professional and responsive. Any questions or concerns that I might have are quickly addressed and answered. Every time that I return home from a maintenance session at Ackerman I comment to my wife how pleasant it is to deal with the staff and the confidence that I have in knowing that our RAV4 is being well maintained and thoroughly serviced. My compliments to all of the Service staff at Ackerman--an impressive team.

Ackerman Toyota did a wonderful job on my 2009 Scion XB ,they where very courteous and very considerate of my problems with my air conditioner. You guys where n top of everything, thanks Rich Kindle.

Thankful for the excellent service provided at Ackerman toyota and their help in having the catalytic converter security plate properly installed. With the recent increase in theft of catalytic converters all over the city, having this installed was a big releif!

I had a very good experience at Ackerman's Toyota today! I took my recently purchased Prius in for the free maintenance offered with purchase and had great and timely service! I also received a very satisfactory response to a request I had regarding our other car we purchased from Ackerman's! All together we have purchased 6 cars from Ackerman's and have been pleased with their service in both sales and maintenance!

I forgot that I needed to make an appointment and stopped by for an oil change. The service man accommodated me anyway. I am always treated well at Ackerman Toyota. There are dealers I am afraid to use for service because I feel they view me as a cash cow by making lists of things they say I need done that I am not aware of and they do not tell me how urgent the services are, just expecting me to say OK.

First maintenance on new car. What a pleasure to have a nice, clean, friendly atmosphere to wait for service. They were prompt and efficient with the work. Happy with my purchase and relationship with Ackerman Toyota.
