I had to take my Corolla in for recall remedy. The work was done within a reasonable amount of time, and the waiting room lobby was nicely arranged, and there was good wifi connection. I have been there for my routine maintenance and I have confidence in their care for the car.

I took my vehicle in for its 5,000 mile check as I just bought it last year. It was done free of charge and there were no issues with my car. I was reminded that my first oil change is due at 10,000 miles and not to be alarmed when I message on my auto dashboard to contact my dealership as it is a reminder. Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating during my visit.

I had two vehicles that needed to have their regular service and had to extensive recalls to be done. You had both cars completed within the morning. You also provided me with complementary vehicle, and a Lyft back and forth to pick up the second vehicle. Great service and above and beyond.

Great experience, in this extraordinary time of Covid19, I was glad to see service bay doors open when I drove in and all employees with masks on covering both month and nose. As always service personnel were helpful and friendly and they handled the 10k service well.

I thank you for your wonderful "carside manner". The three top customer concerns are always performed with the customer's best interest; economically and convenience. There have been times in the past when the Toyota service men work me into the scheduling. Today I was given a choice as to how I wanted to handle my tire resolved. Mr. Rich Kindle served me with all professionalism, understanding and courtesy. I appreciate the one on one quality customer service. I can always count on the guys at Ackerman Toyota; Greg, Dan, Rich and Steve, the list goes on, to come with "Their best game". And I never feel forced to make a decision of uncertainty.

Once again your service department has proven itself to be top notch. I have used other Toyota dealers in the area and have left them because they just did not seem to care or were pressuring me to have unnecessary work done or frankly just dishonest.
Ackerman Toyota staff have been friendly, voice concern for my issues, they are courteous and work as quickly as possible. Whenever I had a question they took the time to ensure I understood the problem before moving to the next topic.
I met John Bayer on his first day at Ackerman and I try to see him whenever I am there because I have complete confidence in his advice and ability to do the job right, I now consider him a friend. All the techs do a great job and have taken me into the bay to show and explain the problem when necessary so I can be proactive in keeping my vehicle running smooth and last longer.
I am completely satisfied with the Service department and would recommend them to anyone who drives a vehicle in the St. Louis area. Thanks so much.

There is not a more professional auto dealer anywhere. Everyone from Jay the owner, through Steve the preowned sales manager and the entire staff are courteous and work to make your auto experience of purchasing or service the best it can be. Their new facility and location is easy to get to and CLEAN. I recommend Ackermann to anyone looking for a reliable car ( I'm in my third Prius ). These folks truly care about their customers.

I’ve always had a positive experience at Ackerman Toyota. Mark was very friendly and explained what I needed to have done and didn’t push me to do it. I appreciated that and the fact that he said it would be alright to wait a little and do the other work at a later date. I felt he was being honest with me.

I have always been happy with the service I receive when I take my car in for service at Toyota. They are quick from the time you enter and very pleasant. You are greeted with a smile and genuine care. For this visit I had a recall but asked them to put my license plate on and they graciously complied. I was suppose to remove my items from the bin for the work, I forgot and they bagged my items for me. Dealers are more pricey than other places but I keep coming back because I like the care and quality of work they do. Plus their waiting room has much improved at this new facility.

I took my Toyota into Ackerman Toyota for a safety recall fix. The whole process was smooth and easy. I had to come back before they called me to let me know my car was ready due to a ride situation. They hadn't started the repair yet when I arrived, but brought the car down as soon as I did. The waiting room is nice- there's wifi and coffee, so it was an easy wait. A very pleasant experience overall!

I have always been happy with the service at Ackerman. I'm usually in and out pretty fast. This most recent time I was in, I needed a new battery and you worked me in on a Saturday and got me in and out in about 45 minutes. Employees are always friendly. The waiting area is always clean, comfortable and well lighted.

I wanted to thank the service department team for a great experience I recently had when I brought my truck in for new brakes and oil change. Steve was my service advisor, he had a great attitude and got things taken care of in a timely manor. Everyone I met had a great attitude, I don't normally take the time to point out individuals or for that matter do a lengthily review but it was such a positive experience compared to so many negative ones I have had over the years at other dealerships that I felt compelled. Managers are the ones who set the tone for any organization and Mark Beadles is perfect for the job, in the few minutes I talked to him I could tell he was upbeat and sincere and that it was conveyed through the people that work for him. I also met Mark Wright who is a great service advisor, takes his job serious but also keeps a sense of levity that makes his day and his coworkers day go by enjoyably. Scott Courtois the shop advisor and Joe Brown the Technician that worked on my truck were equally engaging as everyone else that I had encountered, they were both very friendly and obviously enjoyed working for the Ackerman organization. Thanks again to all for a great experience, I will spread the word.
