The Service Advisor and overall atmosphere of the dealership was very professional and accommodating. In addition to posting a needed coupon on their web site, I was able to add on several critical services upon arrival. The amount of time it took for the maintenance was within proper limits. It is comforting to know that the service I received is guaranteed!

I had a very small issue--passenger side mirror was not functioning properly. The Ackerman staff squeezed me into their schedule in 24 hours. I was able to leave my vehicle overnight--such a convenience with a busys work schedule. The work was completed the next business day and I was phoned to come and pick it up. The repair was perfect and the cost was minimal. On top of that, my very dirty car was clean inside and out--unbelieveable for such a small job. I think I will switch to Ackerman for my routine warranty maintenance. Very happy with the experience.

I had another very good experience today when I needed my tires checked because of a low pressure warning. The Service rep whom I spoke with on the phone was polite and patient as I explained my concern. He suggested that I bring my RAV4 Hybrid in for a check. Rob greeted me and immediately got the relevant info and had the car taken for inspection. Even tho department was busy I didn't have to wait long for Rob to come to tell me that one of the tires had a nail and needed repair which was quickly done. I am always pleased with the service and the courtesy by the staff at Ackerman.

Very quick and friendly service. Left my car overnight on Sunday and received a call at 7am the next day with prompt assistance. Easy pick up and fast turnaround time.

I took my car in yesterday for Emission Inspection and recall correction-my appt. was at 1:00pm-I arrived at 12:38 and was out at 1:31! The staff were all friendly and professional and the work was done in short time. The waiting area is nice and spaced out and I wasn’t there nearly as long as I thought I would be. I’ll always go to Ackerman!

I was completely happy with the service advisor going out of his way to help and make sure i was taken care of with the service i needed. My car felt Brand new driving it after the service it was given. I was very pleased.

absolutely splendid . . completely delightful . . and wow, what prompt service! robert, one of the service managers, made it a visit to end all visits. it was literally transparent. my car was towed in, completed, and without a hitch, a call from mr. nelleson had me in like nothing ever happened. now that's "ackerman4life" !

Reliable service with honest, personable staff

1st of all I love the AREA off Hwy 44 and HAMPTON. BEAUTIFUL and LUXURIOUS SPACE and GREATLY IMPROVED. 2nd JOHN the Service Man took care of me all Through the day of the Service of my car and checked with me to let me know when the service guys were done and he told me to get coffee, water and have a seat until my car was done. He's very Nice and Positive and a Great PEOPLE PERSON with a GREAT ATTITUDE and he made me feel COMFORTABLE and I told him that I will be back. Everything went GREAT and he is a very PATIENT PERSON and he LISTENS to you very well. I hope JOHN will see this SURVEY !!! Thanks !!!

I scheduled a service for an oil change online and it was quick and easy. I had my truck serviced with very little wait.

She took time answering all my questions & let me feel comfortable on making my own choice of model best for me.She respected my request for social distancing I know after shopping price on line due to Covid 19 , Rebeccah gave me the best value for my money for the Camry I purchased from her. I had been a Lou Fusz customer for 13 years but switched to Ackerman Based on Saving money of my new Camry & their oil changes for life, & sales associate. I had a great experience & look forward to see if Ackerman service department’s customer focus is as great as Lou Fusz service department — satisfied new customer!
