great service

I went in for a routine oil change and any other recommended service at 45,000 miles. Everything was addressed and service was quick. The best thing was that the service representative asked if I had a few extra minutes to have my car washed. My life has been really hectic lately and I just got back from a weekend road trip on Sunday. I had intentions to wash my car as it was riddled with bugs. I not only got great service, I drove away with a clean car. Thank You for going the extra mile. It was a great surprise.

It was very good. I had noise under hood. Water pump was replaced. Also a recall on airbag replaced at same time. I didn't have to make another appointment for this. Everyone was nice & great service.

Work was done as asked and a helpful preventative maintenance was also suggested and acceptable

Ackerman Toyota is the best car dealership in St Louis area. I have been doing business with them since 2004 and been fair and dependable. I have purchased 5 Toyota vehicles from them and that speaks for itself. The service department is the best I have found anywhere.

I was promptly greeted and the service was timely and excellent, as usual.

My experience with Ackeman Toyota was very great! I like the quality of repair. The repairs took over 4 hours. They gave me a rental car so that I can do all my run around. I was very happy. They also guaranteed the work they did. You are the Best keep up the good work!

I dropped my vehicle off due to a service engine light alert. The guys at Ackerman were able to get me in within 24 hours notice and took the time to evaluate the issue. I was explained that the light was due to a dirty sensor that had caused the vehicle to "run thick" and that it was a reasonable fix. I was also able to get my oil changed, tires rotate, and brakes replaced. All of this for under $500, it was a deal! I really appreciate the quality of service that Ackerman provides to their customers. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my Prius!

Beginning with the purchase of our company's new 2018 Toyota RAV4, the behavior of the sales staff at Ackerman were not the caricature image of car sales persons. Not only was their price the best of 5 other firms from whom bids were sought, they were most professional in comportment listening rather than trying to rush/verbally strong arm a sale. Most other sales persons dealt with at other firms acted like culturally & socially deprived silly buggers whose approach was similar to high fiving adolescents not communicating as adult to an adult. Ackerman's Services staff have been equally professional and attentive alerting us for normal vehicle maintenance; describing in understandable detail what was had been checked and providing information for future maintenance covered by both Toyota and Ackermann.

First class service as usual, friendly staff from top to bottom not to mention quality work
