I have had my Rav4 serviced at Ackerman for the past 17 years. They are the BEST group of professionals and have always treated as a member of their family (and not just a customer). Fred, his brother, Dennis and all the employees in the service department are simply wonderful!!!!! Thank you all for being the best!!

I've always brought my vehicle to Toyota for maintenance because I have confidence in their work. My car issues are few but Toyota has always corrected each issue with quality service and in a reasonable time frame. The staff is always polite, professional and most importantly they guarantee their work.

I've never been unhappy with my service visits at Ackerman. The work is always done quickly and thoroughly. The waiting area at the new building is even nicer than at the old building. The staff is always courteous and friendly.

As always, the best service anywhere. The Service Department is probably the number one reason I have owned so many Ackerman Toyota vehicles. I’m on a first name basis with most of the folks there and I feel like I know my mechanics and they know my vehicles.

Great service reasonable price.

Ackerman Toyota staff makes car repairs so very easy to keep up with. For the very first time I needed to leave my Highlander for 24 hours and they supplied a rental at no cost to me. My own SUV for ready the next day, as promised. Thank you!

I was very pleased with my latest service visit to Ackerman Toyota, from the garage entrance, to the Customer Service area, to the Customer Waiting area, To the Checking out prpcess. It was my first visit to the new facility! There was someone waiting to assist me getting out of my car; there was a personal assistant (by the name of Heather), waiting to assist me with my service needs with questions and answers throughout that visit; upon reaching the waiting Area, I was very excited to see all the amenities available to make their customers have a very comfortable wait! (Very comfortable seats, tables and chairs, work counters, WiFi, Giant-screen TV's; Coffee counter with free Coffee Machine which contains a variety of choices, including Mocha's! When it was time to check out, everyone was very accommodating. I'm talking like a new customer, but actually I've been a regular customer of theirs for 25 years with the purchase of 3 Toyota's and the only servicing that I have ever had on any of them. This alone speaks for itself - - I am a very satisfied customer of Ackerman Toyota!

I always trust Ackerman Toyota's service department in the quality of repair. I know the work is guaranteed. What always surprises me is the speed of the work they do. Today it only took them 30 minutes to change my oil, rotate the tires and check for any problems with the car. I can't say it will always only take 30 minutes for everyone but this is the usual service they give.

Quick service with clean and comfortable waiting area.

I bought my car at Ackerman in 2017 and continue to come back to Ackerman for any type of service I need because I have been extremely pleased with the level of service provided. One thing that sticks out to me is how friendly everyone is, from the person who answers the phone to the mechanic servicing my car - everyone is so kind! Keep up the good work!

What a Grand Building But more important is this Service remains the same . From the time I met Mr. NELLESEN at Service Desk to driving out after completion of the work,it was outstanding. Mr NELLESEN shows much concern for assisting and provides much confidence for work to be well done and in good time. Despite, the additional miles for me to drive for service, you will be well worth it.(. I have been at many Service Departments in my years, but yours is Outstanding)
