I had the usual oil and 16-point appt. They took me right away, did the work and went over what needed to be done. Gave me the cost and let me k ow when that service savings was coming up so I could take advantage of the sale. Very satisfied with visit.

Had another great experience. My vehicle had a recall for airbag. I had them look at my brakes while it was in there. They got it all fixed and installed and running great. Gave me a free loaner for the day. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks guys!

Steve was very helpful reviewing the new car service provided by Toyota and Ackerman. The customer wait area is very comfortable, enabling me to use WiFi and tend to some work. Work was completed in about 90 minutes, which is very reasonable.

Theee guys are great. They do quality professional work on my 2012 Toyota and they stand behind their service. I’ve been to other Toyota service departments but Ackerman is the best in my book. This was the easiest and most enjoyable time I’ve had buying a new car. With the online access to set up the financial paperwork, it was an hour & a half to check out the car, sign and drive away. When I came back with questions I didn’t think to ask until later, the service department staff were very helpful and courteous in fully answering the questions I had. Thanks to everyone.

My 2018 RAV4 was in for routine / scheduled maintenance today. As always, my visit to the Dealership was very nice. My Dealer's new location is very, very nice. I waited for my vehicle, with a cup of coffee and doughnut that are complimentary. I also had a chance to talk to my salesman (Tyler Baker) who is amazing. Overall, excellent customer experience.

Was told I could wait, if I chose, while my car was fixed and within a half an hour of my appointment, the repair was complete. While the fix was no a complicated one, I appreciated the suggestion that I wait for the car instead of having to arrange for rides back & forth. Although part of the reason I chose to buy at Ackerman was because the dealership was close to home, I think the service department’s consideration for the customer is outstanding.

Excellent Customer Service I was greeted upon entering the service area to exit the vehicle. The door was opened for me to enter the service tech area. I was promptly waited on and shown the waiting area. The tech & mechanic explained the findings and walked me back to the vehicle.

Ackerman Toyota has taken care of my last two cars. They kept my Celica going for 19 years and it was a real steal for the next buyer because it was in such good condition. We now have a 2013 Camry Hybrid and we're getting the same professional service from Ackerman. We also love their new building, especially the Customer Lounge with all it's amenities.
