Great service; quick, easy and convenient. The PA that spoke with us (Keith) was excellent: very thorough, friendly, knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions very adequately and did not make us feel rushed. A very positive experience, which when going to a doctor is not always the case.

The facility was very clean, but the outstanding item was the Doctor's knowledge and friendliness. She paid attention to what I said, asked pertinent questions and gave expert advice as well as additional pointer that will help me.

It was my first time and I was there at opening time. I had a great experience, I was in and out in 45 minutes. The staff was nice and helpful. The Doctor was kind and took the time to listen to me. I will definitely recommend and will be back if I need medical care.

I was happy to get my Covid test done today at better faster. This morning I received one from Cvs that said I was positive, but it turns out it was a false positive. I was able to confirm that due to the quality of care that I received in Southlake. The staff was friendly and polite and I felt safe at all times. Even though it’s 30 minutes away I would drive there again for such easeAnd efficiency in a medical facility.
