You deserve a great review! Five stars! Every time myself or my family needed we had the best service at Better Faster. Super easy and friendly front desk, nurses, and the amazing and patient PA Keith. My oldest daughter is super sensitive to needles and she knows you are amazing to help her if she needs.

The on-line check was very easy and the response time confirming my appt time was extremely quick. Upon arrival at facility was greeted by staff member to check in. After a short 10 minute wait was taken back for examination. After a short wait met with staff PA who assessed my situation quickly and provider remedy’s. The entire process was quick and efficient, and the staff was very friendly and professional.

I have been a long time patient with Better Faster urgent care and I have always been given the best care every time I have gone to them for medical help! For ear infection, smashed toe, upper respiratory issues, X-rays and COVID testing I have always had great Nurses,Doctors and PA ‘s take their time and good care of me like I was the only person in that office! It has been my experience that Better Faster Urgent Care lives up to its name! I get in Faster and I receive Better medical care as all questions are answered for a good recovery! Every time! I will continue to be a patient at Better Faster Urgent Care!

The medical personnel were very courteous and professional in treating my shoulder and arm from a fall. They took X-rays and wrapped my arm and referred me to a orthopedic specialist to determine a course of action. I highly recommend them.

I love being able to check in online. And I received fast and compassionate and conservative care. My only complaint—if you can call it that— is I had an outstanding balance from two years ago and it seems like every time I go in I have an outstanding balance, and I’m not sure why I am not receiving the invoices in the mail.

I and my family continue to receive the best care at Better Faster. I feel like it’s been a bit of a revolving door of late due to flu and Covid, and each and every time we have the best experience. The process from making an appointment to checking in to being seen to the followup e-visit is simple and seamless, and their staff from front desk to nurses to the physicians are absolutely so sweet, courteous and helpful. Not that anyone wants to be sick or need to be seen, but when we do, Better Faster is at the top of our list. Really appreciate the care you provide and the manner in which you provide it.

I appreciated being able to schedule a next day appt online for a Covid test. The staff was very friendly and my wait time was minimal. Dr. Strange called via a Telehealth visit to discuss my results. She answered all my questions and has a wonderful bedside manner. Overall a great first experience. Thank you.

I have been to this facility several times and each visit the staff (that includes the front desk, person taking the swab and the doc who called me with the results) are all very pleasant, efficient and professional. Even when they have a parking lot full of people waiting to get tested for COVID, when it was my turn , they made me feel like I was the only patient. January 18th I dealt with Kimberly and Keith and as usual , they were as pleasant as always. Kudos to this facility and their wonderful staff! Thanks, Pam Sheridan
