The whole experience was first rate. From booking the appointment, through check-in, through the test itself, to the final video follow-up, Better Faster Urgent Care truly lived up to its name.

The nurse is absolutely terrific! She is always the one who tests us with covid, flu etc and she is so kind!

Your online onboarding tech is fantastic. Wish all practices had this. People were very nice and waited for less than 5 min Doctor/PA that helped me with my finger issue had a great bedside manner. You are my fave urgent care facility.

on 11/26/21 I made an appointment at your medical facility. When I arrived, everyone I dealt with was very friendly, efficient and kind. During my my visit for what I thought was an allergy that morphed into a sinus infection, I was given a steroid shot and RX for antibiotics. After the shot and by the time I had received the RX, which was about 3PM, I was already feeling better! It's so reassuring to know that in a situation where I need medical assistance and can't see my regular doc, I can count on your office for excellent care. I'm so appreciative!!! Best to everyone for a wonderful Christmas and New Year!!

Quality of care can’t be beat. My Doc Kerry, had me return for a breathing treatment related to COPD. This was yesterday and I feel much better after ZPac & prednisone scripts kicking in. Thanks for making me feel alive again!!! You’re the BEST!!!

They had my records from a previous visit so there were no delays, they were courteous and efficient.

Fast, Easy and Convenient which means alot it todays day and age.

Today was a crazy day, I came in and they directly found my issue. Once I had some injections for an infection, I almost passed out in the lobby (due to dehydration). Everyone was there in a flash and knew EXACTLY what to do. They gave me fluids and made sure I was completely sound before leaving. From start to finish, every time I’ve come they have been quick, caring and accurate! I love this place. And a special shout out to Keith McInnerney for being kind, direct and listened to me. Calmly explained everything that was happening and was very thorough as well as the nurses who helped me!! They are all so wonderful, thank you for caring about your work and your patients. It’s a rare thing to find these days.
