It’s not easy to get a Covid test but Better Faster made it seem easy. Cheerful, organized, stayed in touch with texts while everyone wanting a test was in the parking lot and high quality of care too! We are repeat customers and will be back again.

Terrific experience, from start to finish! Great receptionist, even though very busy. The nurse and X-ray tech were both professional and friendly. Dr Strange was terrific; she assessed, read X-rays, diagnosed, answered all questions...even took the time to show me my X-rays. Top notch urgent care clinic! Thank you for great patient care, as well as being so kind!

We were traveling and needed our son to be seen quickly while on the road. We did the drop in as there were not appointments available. They were dead on with the 1.5hr wait time. The tele-medicine call with our results was also extremely convenient and they called in a script in the town we were headed to. Thank you for great customer service!

We love this facility l!! They are professional and work non stop to make sure they get everyone taken care of. We have had to get tested multiple times this year and we get in same day. They are fast and professional. Highly recommend!!!

The staff that I dealt with were very polite and professional. The front desk girl was very helpful and a sweetheart, and the tech that gave me the COVID test was the same.

They were able to go send for a covid test quickly and its results were given and a consultation was given within an hour and a half of the initial test. You are able to sit in your car and they will call you to let you know that it's your turn, then you are able to leave and they do telemedicine for the consultation.

Nice and easy. The only thing was paper work was hard to work through and real small print. Like the way they kept it safe for patient and staff . We need services like this to keep everyone protected.

I had excellent care from Dr. Strange and the staff this past weekend. I went for a COVID test (even though I have been fully vaccinated since March) but had not been feeling well. Thankfully my test was negative. I received a virtual call from Dr. Strange with my results and after talking asked if I could come right back into the clinic as I needed to have a couple of additional tests to see what was going on. It was wonderful to receive such personal caring attention and to get medical help so quickly. Thank you to Dr. Strange and the amazing team at the clinic.
