Hoffman Brothers is an amazing company to work with. You receive phone call updates through out your day which is wonderful customer service. This allows you to enjoy your day rather being stuck at home waiting for a company to come. Tara is always so helpful with questions and anyone you speak to on the phone is friendly and professional. We use Hoffman for our electrical, HVAC, and it will only be a matter of time before we use them for the other services they offer as a new home owner. When a technician is coming to the house a name is always given. This makes me feels comfortable as a woman being home alone knowing who to expect when I answer the door. We have electrical work that needs to be completed and Clint came by to give us an estimate. He was knowledgeable and very thorough. Our house is old and Clint must have gone in the basement, outside, and upstairs over a dozen times trying to find the best option for our house structure and needs. After almost an hour of patiently explaining our options he even took the time to speak with my husband over the phone and explain it again to him. I couldn’t have had a better experience yesterday and will look forward to having Clint back to complete the work we need.

Apprehensive from previous bad experience with another plumber, we were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable estimate, courteous service technician, and will proceed with the repair next week.

I have used Hoffmann for my plumbing issues. John was the plumber on my recent service calls and he is always thorough, kind and helpful- he even plays with the dogs! I have always had great customer service and would recommend Hoffmann to anyone.

I have been with Hoffmann Bros. since it has existed. I was with the Company prior to your takeover. I have always had excellent service from all of your technicians and phone contacts. I do have one thing to suggest as I have to the last 2 techs who were here. Please have phone that calls to schedule show Hoffmann Bros. not unknown. I have many calls that are scams and sales and charities. I do not answer these because they take up much time and some will not take no for an answer. I did answer you most recent calls because I recognized the number but I normally do not answer calls that are not recognizable. I think you could do this very easily which would be better for you and for customers.

Hoffmann Brothers has always been outstanding, However Randy Moore is a definite asset to your company. I would like to request him on all my service calls.

I continue to use Hoffman Brothers because of their reliability and professionalism. I feel that I am getting knowledgeable service and my time is respected. No reason to look elsewhere as far as I am concerned!

I believe the man's name is John. He was so friendly and polite and yet professional. A few prior I had a major rebuild done on my toilet. Sadly the new handle broke but it was replaced at no cost to me and the plumber showed me the broken part. Unlike others, he just did not shove it in a box and expect me to take his word for it. I totally appreciate that. Thank you, John.

Kept informed as to arrival time. Employees are always polite, professional and knowledgeable. Work is above my expectations. NEVER a complaint. Have been a client for several years. Good honest company to do business with.

From the time I called for an appointment all the way through installation for a replacement for my water heater, I honestly had the BEST experience I have ever had for ANY installation in my home! Hoffmann Brothers personnel were excellent! Tony was so knowledgeable and the nicest person I could have asked for. There were no messes at all for me to clean up after he left either. Amber was truly a pleasure to work with, too. I couldn't decide if I could afford the service at this time and she was so caring and helpful that she made the decision very easy. I'm so glad for the beautiful job Tony did for me and I will definitely refer Hoffmann Brothers to others. It is so wonderful to have service from a company that truly cares about the customer. I already left a google review but just wanted to thank you all again. John was fantastic to work with. With a lot of service companies, and in my past experience with plumbers specifically, once the job is completed the exceptional customer experience goes away. However, this was not my experience with John and Hoffman. From my original call, John said he wanted to give me accurate information and fair pricing so he could make sure to keep me as a customer long-term. Once the job was completed, he still answered all of my calls and questions and always did so right away, with the same friendly, professional attitude he had from the start. I will definitely continue to use Hoffman for any of my plumbing needs in the future because of it. I am also in the customer service business. I work for a company based here in St. Louis that owns and operates 20+ retail locations in the metro area...not only am I able to recognize the importance of great customer service but I also have first hand experience with hiring and training new employees. Hard working, loyal, honest employees like John are VERY hard to come by these days. He is an asset to your company and I am sure you are grateful to have him on your team. Thank you again.

Sam could not have been any more nice to work with. Just had a furnace inspection done with your company. Within an hour after the work was done, the blower quit working. Called back and the next day Sam came back out and fixed the problem. Working for now and hopefully in the future. Thank you for your service.

Because we are a 24hr operation and have staff on site 24-7, timeliness is very important. When requesting a service call from Hoffman, technicians are on the site within 24 hrs. Amtrak is very appreciative to be able to call on a vendor like Hoffman to provide our company exceptional service.
