I had two different problems and Hoffmann Bros. coordinated the two different service reps to visit at the same time. They were punctual and very knowledgeable about the problems I was having. They gave me options on how to deal with my problems. The plumbing rep did a whole house assessment which I liked. I would definitely recommend Hoffmann Bros.

Originally was unhappy due to a scheduling problem. But now all is complete and am completely satisfied with your Company. Mike,Mike,Tony,and Jake are to be commended for doing a quick and efficient job. I will most definitely recommend your company. REW.

I contacted Hoffman Bros early on a Monday morning after a rainy weekend when we had noted late on a Sunday that our external sump pump was not functioning and our pool vinyl liner was beginning to float away from the walls and ground. They worked us in that very same day. I experienced a huge wave of relief when it was John who showed up on our doorstep that afternoon. John had previously spent several days working on plumbing in the basement of our last home in South City and had done an excellent job then, so I trusted him to provide more excellent work. He set to work right away with a smile, despite the heat, humidity, and mosquitoes. He immediately diagnosed the problem and options with me. We needed a new sump pump and he explained the pump options, including their price and warranty duration. Once I had decided on a pump, I anticipated that he would have to run back to the main office to pick up a pump. But he just smiled and told me he had stopped in at headquarters early that morning to stock up his truck with sump pumps, knowing how much rain the StL area had experienced over the weekend. What a prepared Boy Scout! He completed the entire job in one hour and it cost exactly what he had told me it would cost, no surprises. He's super friendly, and we had connected 2 years earlier while discussing our respective young sons. I was thrilled when he gave me an update on how well his son was doing, as he had had some health issues. Our family has had great experiences with Hoffman Bros, as they are always very responsive with extremely friendly staff. I expect we will call Hoffman Bros for our plumbing needs for many, many years to come.

I was very pleased with the fast response to my heating problem during the winter. The work was completed quickly and the problem solved. I also like having the service/maintenance plan.

A/C went out on Tuesday afternoon. Repair tech was here Wednesday morning at 7. Crew was here at 1 that afternoon to install new unit...GREAT SERVICE! Installation crew: Friendly, knowledgeable & hard workers. Service tech (Jozo): SUPER employee. Jozo alone would be the reason many customers would return to your company! Throughout my years with Hoffmann, all service personnel have been very good, but Jozo stands at the top of all of them!

Very impressed with the service tech. He took time to explain everything and answered all my questions, and even though it was late in the day he was very careful to do make sure everything was done right. He cleaned the coil on my A/C on his hands and knees and got out every little piece of grass. More than I would have done myself. Thank you for the service.

Hoffman Bros. technicians are knowledgeable and friendly, taking time to explain problems and offering solutions. It's also important to me that Hoffman Bros. are located in the city.

The tech was very professional. He explained every issue in clear terms, got my unit working, and gave me his card in case of future problems. I would not call anyone but Hoffman Brothers in the future based on experiences with other HVAC vendors.
