I was referred to Hoffman Bros by a friend Doug Pope who used them extensively on his commercial properties and personally. We had been using a big name HVAC contractor. My last encounter with them involved a technician who came to our house talked down to my wife, charged for an analysis of our problem that I had already explained to the company with the expectation for them to fix what I specified. Instead he charged her to tell her what I already told them and left requiring us to burn up another day of our schedule for them to come back and do what I asked for the first time. This time I called Hoffman Bros. The technician Aron arrived and quickly untangled an issue with one of our humidifiers I mentioned one of our high efficiency hot water heaters has not worked in a year. The manufacturer had obsoleted it and the specific part I was told was needed by 2 different plumbing companies and another HVAC company was not obtainable. Aron looked at it and quickly determined the problem was not that part, rather it was a defective relay which is a common part Hoffman stocked on their shelf. His $100 repair saved replacing a $2000 complex hot water heater. Aron is competent, respectful and efficient. He offered several suggestions on the best features to connect on the humidifier, performed customized work on its installation and fully explained its operation. This was an out of the box customer experience for me. Hoffman Bros. Is now my HVAC service provider. Thank you and make sure Aron is they guy you send next time!

To be sure, you pay for what you get and although my repair needs were costly the service I received was excellent. The Hoffmann Brothers technicians/repairmen were excellent, prompt, personable and courteous. I can't say enough about "Sam" and "Tony" and their attention to detail and intent to resolve my specific heating issues..

I have always been pleased with the experiences I've had for service from Hoffman Brothers at each of my properties. The most recent experiences were no different and were excellent. The service technicians did a great job of completing their work in a timely and efficient manner. The technicians were polite and courteous as they performed their activities. The office personnel also did a great job scheduling the work and answering my questions.

We had an odd problem with lukewarm water in all the upstairs bathrooms and warm water coming from the cold taps. Andy was courteous and knowledgeable. He did a great job diagnosing the problem and making the repair. Cost was reasonable too.

Friendly and professional. showed up on Christmas Eve and made every effort to get us up and running as soon as possible. Communicated every step of the work and informed me of options and costs. Work was flawless. We will be using Hoffman brothers for any further work.

I had an excellent experience with Hoffmann Brothers! Unable to turn off the water properly to either outdoor spigot of my home for the winter season, Andy (I don't know his last name) was able to come out on the same day I made the request for service! He did a wonderful job of replace both inside and outside spigots and shut off valves. The job was fairly lengthy and complex. He DID NOT LEAVE A MESS! (This alone shocked the hell out of me!!) He was courteous and knowledgeable. The job was fairly costly but had to be done and he was here for several hours completing it. I have not been able to use test his work out for myself yet because the water had to be shut off...but I think everything will be okay. I trusted Andy when he told me he thoroughly tested everything multiple times himself. I really was impressed with the great work he did. Thank you Hoffmann Brothers! I will be calling you in the future!

Fantastic job on a very complex HVAC and ducting arrangement. The installation tech Doug was very professional and his work showed a high degree of craftsmanship. I've heard before that you can pay someone to do a job, but you can't pay them to care. The work completed by Hoffman Bros showed they care to do a good job and get it right the first time.

Excellent and quality service. Electrician Dan H. explained the electrical problem and showed what needed to be repaired and replaced. He provided timeline and estimate and worked on solution. I would contact Hoffmann Bros again for additional services. Thank you Dan.
