Dan was awesome. He spent most of the day at our house and worked tirelessly to make sure we got the absolute best price and had our power restored. He was courteous and professional and did an amazing job. I was impressed with his knowledge and hard work. I am confident that he made our home much safer and for that I am grateful.

Craig was great with his service knowledge and was very polite.

Andrew J. was wonderful!! He was so knowledgeable, timely and just great to be around. He helped me figure out what I should do with my vintage tub that had caulked/glued on hardware. Now with his help and guidance it will last lifetime and it was very cost-effective. I will definitely use and recommend Andrew for any plumbing needs.

Everyone was great to deal with, prices were lowest I found, service was exemplary

Tech arrived at the scheduled time, was thorough with the inspection of the heating system. He found the fan motor capacitor was weak, we agreed to replace it, the price seemed high, but a firm has to pay for many insurance coverages, stocking trucks, qualified employees, overhead and a little profit to stay in business. We will continue to use Hoffman Brothers.

Jozo came on Wed. 10/26 to finish maintenance on our heating and cooling. He also installed something on the humidifier to help it run more efficiently. Kyle came on Thursday, 10/27 to finish plumbing work. I am happy with both services. The work was done professionally and Hoffmann has the nicest employees!

Your Technicians are ALWAYS very proessional, knowldgeable, polite and in neat and clean uniforms. Explain what they did on the service call and answer any questions I might have had. Make good sound recommendations to keep our furnace and AC working properly. I have nothing but good things to say about Hoffman service and employees.

We've been clients of theirs for years...they always get here quickly in an emergency, are proactive for maintenance, and always treat our home as well as we imagine they treat their own. The work is done quickly and professionally and there's never a mess of any kind left behind when they're done. Over the years they have expanded beyond HVAC to include plumbing and electrical so now we have a trusted source for most any problem that comes with home ownership. Now, if they could just add roofing, siding, gutters and garage doors...

I appreciated Brian taking the time to work with me on the initial proposal, the underside investigation, re-proposal and finally the installation of the new York gas unit, repairs and modifications to the ductwork. Doug, Todd and Jesse did a fantastic job given the challenging situation, install and repairs. These are first rate craftsmen and I appreciate their professionalism and skills. From start to finish they were knowledgeable, kept me informed, professional and did a good final clean-up when the install was completed. Besides getting a new outside unit with the latest energy efficiency and the duct work improvements, I also received the added benefit of a much quieter unit that I really can’t hear inside. Andy Egan was very professional, well qualified, and explained the repairs and recommended replacements well.
