I have been more than pleased with the installation of our heat/ac system less than a year ago. At the time I noted that Hoffman Brothers also did electrical work. I was extremely pleased when I was able to schedule the replacement of several electrical outlets and the installation of an electrical box for a ceiling fan the day after I called. The electrician was very personable, efficient, and skilled. The job was done very well including clean up. I was very pleased with the results.

My previous experiences with Hoffmann Brothers have all been exceptional. My most recent was exceptional as well. Aaron arrived on time, was very professional, and serviced the unit in a timely manner which allowed me to be to able to make it to other appointments I had on my scheduled day off work. I chose to re-purchase the service agreement allowing me two visits per year to assess and service my heating and cooling unit and have found this to be a good service to help identify and prevent any potential future problems. I have always had very good service over the past several years since using Hoffmann Brothers and have grown to depend on and rely on their quality service and professional personnel.

Quote for replacement of my systems was quick and reasonable. Installation was seamless. Promptly followed up a year later for annual servicing.

Friendly staff, timely. A bit expensive for just a consultation, but I can see why the cost is what it is. I had a difficult problem to fix (noisy ducts from thermal expansion) so they couldn't really come up with much other than stuff I'd thought of, but that is to be expected. Overall a very good experience though.

Fantastic service on our boiler system. The technician explained the workings clearly and answered all of my questions. I really appreciate how personable the technicians are.

We just moved into a new home and had some furnace/AC unit issues. We also needed a plumber and an electrician. We stumbled upon Hoffmann bros online, and we are really glad we did. Scheduling was a breeze, and the guys showed up on time. Craig, our tech for our furnace/AC was awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable and it seemed like he genuinely cared about our budget. He was at our place for probably over 4 hours, and kept us updated every now and again while he was working which was much appreciated. Definitely recommend Craig, and will be sure to request him if we ever need more repairs down the road.

I originally found Hoffmann because of a plumbing issue I was having. That tech was honest and upfront and earned my respect. He actually talked about Hoffmann Heating/AC during our conversation and prompted me to call Hoffmann for servicing of my units. The PM program is awesome. I like that Hoffmann does everything they can to make sure I do my semi annual maintenance. The office staff is always friendly and prompt. The techs are responsive, courteous, open for questions and suggestions. I never feel pressured or that I am trying to be "sold". As a woman that is a really nice feeling to have with a vendor. Additionally, each tech I have worked with has so many positive things to say about the company and the leadership. If the employees' respect the company that gives high marks in my book. I recommend Hoffmann whenever I have the opportunity.

The gentlemen was very Courteous and professional,he was on time and fast at finding and fixing the problem.

Everything was professionally done. He kept me informed with every step.

Was very worried, purchased an older home and discovered a sewer drainage problem. I needed help fast, they came out and fixed the issue on Saturday. Their prices were fee based and fair but their services was outstanding. I will continue to use this company in the future for all of my heating and cooling issues.

Robert Hoffmann and his crew at Hoffmann Brothers provide an excellent customer experience. We purchased a top of the line residential furnace/AC unit. We felt the price was good, but the installation was amazing. The installation group was personable and efficient. Clearly they knew their product and the installation went without a hitch. We have had a maintenance contract for the units with Hoffmann Brothers since the installation. The maintenance folks are familiar with our unit and are in and out in a timely fashion. The quality of their work is superb and we have recommended them to many of our friends.

Ken (A customer service supervisor) and Kyle were at my home to do a minor plumbing repair. Both were outstanding. It was easy to schedule the appointment, the follow up reminder call was handled in a courteous manner, and the workers showed up on time. When it came to the repairs, I was given the option of doing extensive work or more of a quick fix... knowing that additional work may be required down the road. I felt like I was given good information and treated fairly. I would highly recommend Hoffman Brothers to any friend, family member, or neighbor.

The plumbers and contractors have all been professional and knowledgeable. Not only have they been able to fix our plumbing problems, but have explained the issues well-which we appreciated. Our basement remodel was completed by Hoffman Bros. as well, and we are very impressed by the quality!

My maintenance agreement with Hoffmann has been outstanding. The service men keep my equipment in good shape. They are courteous and seem to be very knowledgeable about the a/c & heating business.

Service rep. was very professional. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions.

Hoffman Brothers has been very timely in their responses every time I make contact. They keep great lines of communication, and are always friendly. One of the service technicians, Jim, couldn't have been more pleasant, and I would highly recommend to anyone.
