Friendly staff and great service. I really appreciated the ability to check in and leave so I didn't have to sit in the waiting room for an hour. The Dr. Porzio was professional and courteous. Overall, it was a good experience.

The whole staff was great and the doctor get a great job explaining my options and giving recommendations. I left feeling good about my course for treatment.

Professional, caring staff from the front desk to the back operations staff . Dr. Cohen had a good bedside manner- kind and caring. This is far better than the one I have been to in the past ( and I've been to all urgent care within 5 miles in proximity).

Clean front office and friendly staff... Like that the office uses electronic forms and scheduling software. The wait was a bit long inside the exam room, but that is not surprising, considering that it was a Sunday morning and few places are open to go to for medical care. Overall, a great experience when I didn't feel so good.

Alyssa greeted me with a smile! The physician's aide (Lauren I think) was very pleasant and attentive. And the doc (name escapes me) had a great bedside manner and was very thorough in his evaluation.

The quality of care I received was excellent from all staff. I made an appointment beforehand so there was virtually no wait. All members I encountered were friendly, helpful and empathetic to my condition. The facility was extremely clean and sanitary as far as I saw. I would recommend Marque Urgent Care to anyone in need of immediate medical assistance.

The receptionist was extremely busy but cordial and thorough. Our nurse knew exactly how to 'work' with my son and was efficient and friendly as was our Doctor. Pleasant and efficient visit all in under 45 min!

Extremely friendly staff!!! Beautiful office, very clean and bright. It was very easy filling out paperwork, all done on a tablet with a stylus. I had my two year old daughter with me because I didn't have anyone to watch her at the time and they were very accommodating. Didn't mind I brought her with me to my sick visit. No long wait, and even if there was going to be a wait there is a screen showing your place in line to see a physician. Overall a great experience, especially while not feeling good! The doctor was understanding and checked me while a two year old sat in my lap. The nurses were also putting her at ease as she was nervous while they checked me. Would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family!!!!

First time in the office. I like using a tablet to check-in, but I could see how some people would struggle. Perhaps put up a small placard that says paper forms available on request. Office staff was friendly. no wait I walked right in. Had blood drawn there, huge plus!!! Main reason why I came initially. No need to go to an awful lab. She did a great job, no pain! Dr Cohen was very friendly, good listener, and I felt in very good hands. All around and A+ Thanks, Mike

Great experience Fast service Professional staff

I moved to southern California a few weeks ago, and my medical benefits at my new job had not kicked in yet, so I found myself at Marque Urgent Care due to a case of strep throat. It was so simple to make my online appointment. I was seen immediately upon arrival and completion of my electronic paperwork. The facility is modern, clean, and very pleasant. The front office employee was very kind and personable. When checking out, I was given a very nice discount for paying in full, and that was a big help with the cost. The doctor and nurse/tech were very kind and thorough. They sent me home with a diagnosis and medication. All in less than 30 minutes. It was a completely enjoyable experience, and I left feeling that I received the help that I needed.

Very friendly and helpful reception. Thankful I didn't have to wait too long. Intake nurse very sweet and helpful. (Told me I didn't look my age at 70!) Dr. Kiskila took his time with me and answered all my questions. Gave me a prescription that should help with my yeast infection. Only problem was since I am new to the area, I couldn't find your place very easily.

Although I felt pretty bad during this experience, I felt the front desk staff, nurse practitioner, and doctor were amazing! I was in and out within 45 minutes and that was a God send in itself! Thank you for your quick and responsive need to making me feel better.

The facility was well run and very efficient. The wait was not long, the staff professional and friendly. The facility was clean and professional. My doctor was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would go here again.

Staff and physician were great. Considering there was only one physician working we were in and out pretty quickly. Place is clean and comfortable. Only complaint would be that I wish there was more than one doctor working.
