Very friendly office staff and caring nurse and doctor. Felt like the nurse and doctor listened to me about how I was feeling and my symptoms and ask questions to clarify and then gave good direction for how I needed to best go about feeling better. I love how you guys at open every day and you can make an appointment on line ahead of time- very helpful and convenient!!

My family has visited Marque Medical Urgent several times, every visit had very qualified doctors who took their time with our issue. The visits are always with little wait in a facility that is comfortable and clean. I love the extended and weekend hours that are offered and appreciate that they have a staff that can treat everything from major illnesses to a sports physical.

Marque Medical in Aliso Viejo was excellent end to end. From the lovely waiting room, to the Microsoft Surface based form filling process to the treatment. I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend going here if you need a doctor quickly and comfortably. My doctor was so friendly and nice and gave me good advice and future recommendations. I wish my primary doctors office was as nice as Marque. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

I was wowed for this being a simple urgent care. Doc went out of his way to get me a solution even though it was a Friday at 3:00 pm. He explained the entire ear canal in full detail then got me to a last minute appt same day which I desperately needed. Great service and still thankful!

I called to get information and the receptionist was very helpful. When I came to the office, my son was crying and very upset. She made the check in process easy for me considering I had a screaming child to deal with. The assistant who helped us back to the room was very nice and tried to cheer my son up. He was very gentle and explained everything he was doing, even though my son was uncooperative. The doctor was nice and did the exam without overly upsetting my child. They had me checked out in a timely manner and even called in my prescription in to another pharmacy when I discovered my usual pharmacy was closed. Everyone was very professional and I will definitely use this urgent care again.

Dr. porzio was very caring and gentle with our baby girl who is 7 months old. The office is fresh and clean and we were seen pretty fast for being a walk-in. This is a great urgent care!

I was greeted with friendliness by the front desk receptionists. I immediately felt a connection with Dr. Cohen who was extremely professional and caring. She listened to my concerns and provided feedbacks that help ease my worries. I would certainly refer this office to friends and family members. It was a very positive experience as a first timer to the office.

I came to this facility for the first time and was in a lot of pain. The staff was so helpful and kind. Checking in was easy and I was in a room quickly. I had to have an X-ray and the technician was great. He was able to lift me onto table without additional pain. The doctor was able to discern how emotionally distraught I was and shared just enough information with me while keeping my husband fully informed. The facility looked new and was spotless. I would definitely recommend this facility to my friends and family!!

The facility was clean and we were met with kindness and taken to a room within 10 minutes. The doctor saw us within 5 min in the room and was knowledgeable about functional medicine as well and had suggestions for healthy supplements and probiotics since my daughter needed to be given a round of antibiotics. The check out was timely too. We were provided excellent care.

As a full-time working mom just recovering from breast cancer Marque means a lot to me. best example would be a day like today where my 9 year old daughter and I are both sick and both our general practitioners are fully booked, with posdible odd times of availability in different locations. I went to Marque that is in my network, saw a great doctor, was helped by the lovely and warm staff, and it took an hour or less - this means more recovery time and the world to me. Marque is extremely clean, attractive, and makes me feel good vs. another urgent care that was run-down and had about a 1 1/2 hour wait and you were not seen by an MD. Thank you Marque for your wonderful care!!!

Dr Mohardi was great. Quick and to the point. Knowledgable and great bedside manner. This is the only place I go in Aliso and he is the best dr I've seen so far. Will ask for him again.

The quality of care from Dr. Mohtadi was excellent. Dr. Mohtadi is one of the best physician's I have ever had. I have a complicated health history & was very sick when I came in. He stayed with me and knew the treatment to give me when I was in an urgent need of care. He also made a plan for me to follow up on when well enough. Then he even called me himself to go over my labs & to see how I was doing. His staff was wonderful. The services provided were prompt & effective. The facility was up to date & extremely clean. I am grateful for their care I received at Marque Medical. Thank you so much!

We were first-time walk-ins (on a Saturday) & liked our immediate impression of the staff & office. The Doctor and Nurse were helpful, kind & thorough. My daughter said her visit was great &, above all, painless. The facility was clean & having a TV in each room was entertaining during our short wait. We would definitely use Marque Medical again.

I have used Marque Medical on several occasions and as useal my experience was excellent. The staff was very professional and I was very impressed with the way I was consistently informed regarding where I was in the que. The monitor in the lobby updated me real time as to the actual minutes it would take for me to be seen by a doctor. From the time I arrived it was only 15 minutes and I was being treated. In addition the state of the art facility was quite impressive as well. The Physicians are the best and would highly recommend Marque to anyone.
