Fastest service I have had at urgent care. Online appointments are a plus. Short wait upon arrival, Doctor was quick, efficient and communicative. Definitely recommend this Urgent Care and will visit there next time I need their services.

Always there when we need you, so thankful for the ability to walk in. Dr Cohen is always such a pleasure and helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised by how modern this office is. To fill in the new patient paperwork I used a tablet (not wasting paper), and there is a monitor with updated wait times. I was able to leave for lunch and come back in time for my appointment without losing my spot. Then as a faster alternative, I was given the option to Skype with a doctor who was well qualified and informed. All in all, I will be coming here for any future ailments. Thank you for great quality service!

It was a pleasure.... Your staff was awesome and your URGENT CARE is beautiful.. i always hate going to an URGENT CARE and wait in the room before Doctor comes in but in yours with the tv to entertain was very nice.

When in on a Friday night only 45 minute wait everyone very friendly and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. Would recommend this location and go back in a heartbeat!

Although the wait was a bit long (which reflected how busy the clinic was), all the staff were friendly and helpful and I left with a satisfactory plan.

Popped in quickly, wait time was 25 minutes. Front desk very professional. Dr. Was great, asked the right questions, took her time with me. Left with prescriptions faxed into cvs.

Minimal wait; clean waiting room and exam room. All employees were polite and helpful. The doctor made a quick diagnosis and answered my questions. I was out in under an hour with a prescription waiting for me at my pharmacy.

Dr. Alterman was great. Very knowledgable and a very nice guy too. The nurse aide, I believe his name was Anthony, was also great and very helpful. I was in and out is less than 45 minutes. Facility was very clean and nice. I will return here as necessary in the future Thanks to all for a great medical experience Marque Medical!

I liked this facility. Very pleasant and not stressful experience with extremely friendly staff. No waiting, I had made an appointment and was seen at that time. Doctor Porzio was very understanding and I was extremely satisfied with my visit. Thank you.

I've had a good experience on Wednesday when back from an overseas trip, I came back very sick. Both the receptionist and the doctor's assistant were very sweet and friendly. I was the 2nd patient so my wait was not long. I then met with Dr. Cohen and she was very nice, pleasant and I felt she genuinely cared about me. She gave me the antibiotics I needed to feel better and after 3 days on it, I have finally recovered and feel so much better. Overall my experience there was very good. I do not have a particular MD so this is where I come when I am sick as I know the doctors will take good care of me. I am so happy to have Marque in Aliso Viejo.

I came to Marque Medical with upper abdominal pain, which I'd been experiencing for about twelve days. I thought I had gastritis, which I'd had several times in the past. I was already on two gastritis medications that had been prescribed by another urgent-care doctor. The meds were not helping, so I assumed I needed antibiotics. But Dr. Porzio said he would have prescribed exactly what I was already taking, and that if they weren't working, I needed an endoscopy. He referred me to a gastroenterologist, who saw me the next day and prescribed both the endoscopy and bloodwork and two imaging tests. I am now in the process of having those tests. I'm pleased to be having advanced tests that will determine what's really going on in my abdomen. If Dr. Porzio had simply given me the antibiotic I wanted, it might mask the pain but it wouldn't diagnose or fix the actual problem. So I appreciate his insistence that I needed further testing. Thank you Dr. Porzio for being straightforward with me about what direction I should go.

I came in late Saturday night and was treated with such care and such efficiency I will definitely return my only complaint is that this can't be my primary care location. In particular the LVN working that night whose name was Brook was absolutely amazing she was kind caring and tender considering the state I was in. The doctor was very straightforward and did not waste time making sure I got the care I need and this was the best overall medical visit I've had in a very long time. I was seeing very rapidly and everything seemed very clean
