I came in today anxious about having two cavities taken care of. I met Dr C for the first time. He was very friendly and personable and chatted with me for a couple of minutes to put me at ease. For the entire time I was with him, my comfort was his number one priority. He asked if I was doing ok, was I having any pain or feeling any of the drilling, just making sure I was doing fine. He is a wonderful addition to the team at Pleasant Plains Dental. I’ve had a wonderful experience each time I’ve visited Pleasant Plains Dental and I recommend them to everyone.

I had a bad experience with a dentist before that made me not want to go to the dentist. My daughter talked me into coming to Pleasant Plains Dental. My hygienist was really good to me. The denist was so nice. I will go back to Pleasant Plains Dental.

I am very pleased with everyone. Getting my teeth cleaned has been the best experience I've had in a very long time. My dentist is great. The staff is friendly. So far, I am very pleased.

For a variety of reasons. I needed to change dentists and I chose Pleasant Plains Dental as my new dentist. The instant you open the front door, you see a modern and inviting office. I was given a quick tour of the office before my Dental Assistant, Jamie, took my X-Rays and clearly explained everything she was doing. After that, my Hygienist, Tatiana, worked her magic and clearly explained everything she did. She also recommended a path forward in terms I could understand. My doctor (I forgot his name) came in last, asked several questions, and reviewed everything with me before he left. I've already scheduled my next appointment.

Not having been to a dentist for some years, I visited pleasant plains dental last year for an extraction and was first very pleased with the presentation of the facility. Starting with the very comfortable waiting area, the shadow box displays in the hallway and then the state of the art dental suites with t.v. on the ceiling! The staff are all very professional and accommodating . Today I had a set of impressions done by Zana who was very thorough and thoughtful, wonderful staff, thank you.

Great first visit! Tatiana took me on a tour then to my room for Erin's hygiene check and cleaning. Also had the 360 x-rays. Everyone is very friendly and professional and I look forward to my next visit in 6 months.

The staff and doctors were out standing! Having anxiety going into my appointment knowing I was going to have an infected tooth removed. My nervousness was sky high! The entire staff were by far the most pleasant from start to finish! Not to mention having no insurance and paying out of pocket for my procedure.. they made it VERY affordable for me! You all left a very Good impression and I’m excited I found a dentist family to now bring my whole family to.

My experience was very satisfied,very friendly, clean office and gave me some good tips on how to keep my teeth clean. Did a great job on my teeth today. does good quality work and very professional at their job. Also does a good job of reminding their patient about their appointment that is very important. I had an outstanding experience due to the grade A service I received from Dr Ali, dentist and Candy, dental assistant. Dr. Ali made me feel comfortable and relaxed from start to finish when I had a tooth extraction. After the extaction, Candy made sure I was comfortable, had all the necessary follow up information and submitted my prescriptions for medications I will need to heal. Thank you. I recommend Pleasant Plains to anyone who is looking for an excellent dentistry.

I had the deep cleaning today in your office and the experience was more than pleasant. I was treated like a queen and I never felt any pain. My teeth feel so much better and I cannot wait to get the other side of my mouth cleaned. Everyone should have this done to help preserve your teeth and have healthy gums. Go on down and make an appointment for this treatment you will not regret it.

My husband and I had our first appointment today at Pleasant Plains Dental. I read the reviews on their internet site and was very impressed. It seemed too good to be true but we decided to try it anyway. The offices are beautiful, neat and clean and they smell good too. The furniture is comfortable and TV’s galore, even one on the ceiling when they lay you back in the chair. It was a little cool so they covered me with a blanket and gave me a pillow under my neck. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful . The hygienist gave me a thorough cleaning and some good advice on taking care of my teeth. My husband had the same experience. We both will highly recommend this amazing practice to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Quality of care- they exceeded my expectations, I will be going back for anything eles I may need done Comfort - made sure I was comfortable during the entire process of my procedure (root canal and crown) Friendliness- everyone I was in contact with from reception to x ray tech to the dentist them self are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional any time I go in.

Everyone I met was extremely nice! They got me in as a new client on a Saturday afternoon due to a chipped tooth and were so great through the entire process. They did a temporary repair allowing me to be pain free and then followed up Monday with treatment options. They were able to get me in right away Monday and removed the tooth pain free! They were all so helpful in explaining my options and going over aftercare. It was a great all around experience. I haven’t had any issues with my old dentist but will definitely be back to the group at Pleasant Plains. Their hours should fit any schedule and the office area is top notch! Thank you all so very much!!!
