I have to tell you, I have never been to a dentist like Pleasant Plains. I have the ultimate fear of the dentist but they make it so easy and fun to go, between the nurses and the doctors, I have never in my life been treated so well. I had to have a follow up procedure and I threw something in last minute, because I’m last minute going out of town for six weeks. They fit in my last minute procedure, and most importantly, gave me my smile back. I haven’t smiled comfortably for ten years. And now I can. And I was terrified because it was last minute and I couldn’t have sedation. I felt nothing. Truly! I offered to give this testimonial because I was just smocked and terrified and before I knew it, I was numb, having felt nothing. This is an amazing practice and they have my business for life.

Pleasant Plains was referred to us by several friends on Facebook. From the moment we stepped into the office I was highly impressed. Very clean office, friendly staff, up-to-date technology. Dr. C made my daughter feel very at ease about her dental procedure. I also love their Dental Savings Plan!

This is one of the best experience I have ever had at the Dentist's practice. I am dentist phobia! Always get hurt with very little benefits of what I am coming in for. The last time I went to a different Dentist, I was recommended an implant to permanently fix 1 of already crowned tooth. 1st procedure was to extract the tooth, and after 30 minutes long which I was told supposed to be easy, I went home with swollen face and in pain for almost 2 weeks. I never came back to that Dentist, and kept putting it off until I met Dr. Henry Ernst. Professional, caring and talented are just few of the quality of care that I received today. My paranoid is gone after the the implant today, and I am looking forward to come back to get another one done. Dr. Ernst explained throughly the process of what being done, the expectations of the procedures step by step, and everything is exactly as he said. I am so glad I did not cancel the appointment today and trusted Dr. Ernst to help me to not only overcome my fear but having healthy teeth. Believe it or not, the entire process was painless and fast. I was comfortable and Dr C made certain that I was pain free. Best experience I have ever had! Will recommend this dentist to all my family and friends.

I went in one day,had been hurting on and off for a week. They did exray and it wasn’t the one that hurts your mouth . So I’m saying to myself to good to be true. Now I goes back to the room and the nurse it’s like we been knowing each for some time, But we haven’t . Ok the doctor comes in and greets me and checks my mouth and he tells me what’s going on . We set appointment to come back . Now this is the best part no no no I don’t go home hurting they gives me something then . All I can say is you got me and my family. Thanks you all

I had a great visit yesterday! Had to have a molar pulled and a bone graft done.Dr Ali and his assistant explained every step of the procedure. The billing person came and taked with me. Made my visit very comfortable. Everything went smooth. Dr Ali called this morning to check on me and answered some questions! I would refer anybody to come for their dental needs.

10 out of 10. Dr.C is awesome and did a great job. Went above and beyond my expectations in putting my anxiety at ease. Staff is very friendly and personable. I would recommend Pleasant Plains to anyone looking to get any dental work done.

I was recommended to Pleasant Plains dentistry by neighbors on the next-door app. I had at least 10 recommendations to try their practice. So I made an appointment. The receptionist on the phone was extremely nice and got me in quickly and helped me set up an appointment for my son as well and found times that worked for us. They even have nights and Saturday options. I was highly impressed with the fact that they have multiple services and multiple doctors that they offer in a convenient location with convenient hours. As I’ve visited for the first time I was greeted right away waited for a very short period of time before going back and had a wonderful experience The doctor was super friendly and made me feel at ease right away as well as the hygienist. The facility itself is set up in a way to give you comfort with TVs on the ceiling so that you don’t have to concentrate on what they’re doing in your mouth as much and they offered me a blanket. They listened to all of the needs that I had and made recommendations and accommodated those needs. At the end of my service they gave me a hot peppermint towel to wipe my face with. Honestly this was as close to a spa experience at the dentist office as you can possibly have. I could not recommend them more highly. I have told my friends and family that they should absolutely try this office. The best part is they offer all of this at very reasonable rates!

Caitlyn does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth while never gouging me...she's super! Recently, Dr. Ernst removed an old filling and replaced it. Throughout my life, whenever I had this done, it was always a painful, awful experience because of the sound of the drilling, smell of burning and always having nerves hit and causing great pain. Happy to say, I experienced none of that with Dr. Ernst...it was painless and quick. The new filling looks great too. One other thing, the reception desk was very friendly. I will continue to be a patient at Pleasant Plains Dental.

Absolute best dentist! I drive over 45 mins to see the staff and they are definitely worth it. They make you feel like you are at home and are always making you laugh. Quality of care is superb. Comfort and friendliness is above and beyond what anyone could ask for.

My experience with Dr. C at Pleasant Plains Dental was positive. He answered all my questions and was friendly. I had a wisdom tooth removed and he did the procedure quickly with no pain at all. I was surprised that I felt comfortable with no pain involved. Dr. C provided a positive dental experience.

I just want to say Dr. Aakar Chokshi, IS AWESOME! I am someone who was TERRIFIED of dentist from previous experiences. But today i over came my fear all because of Dr. Aakar Chokshi. He extracted 4 teeth 3 wisdom and he numb me so well that i didnt feel ANYTHING! His assistant was awesome as well she made sure i had blankets and was very comfortable. I walked out smiling and pain free. So i recommend anyone and EVERYONE to visit PLEASANT PLAINS DENTAL they will take good care of you! Thanks again Dr. Aakar Chokshi, DDS!

Both Anthony and myself had the same nurse, sorry I don’t know her name, but she was so good! Very sweet and made us feel very comfortable and went out of her way to make both of our experiences pleasant. Considering one was a root canal and one was extraction! The dentist both were also very nice and knowledgeable and call the next day to follow up on how we are doing. Thank you

Moving to Monroe from a long ways off left me searching for healthcare providers of all sorts. With a tooth going bad, I was in need before it became a matter of the heart. One call to Pleasant Plains and I was in the office an hour and 45 minutes later. On top of that, it turned out to be a somewhat “angry” tooth and took all the numbing they could give. The staff was wonderful, very professional, clean, reassuring, and very attentive to my needs thru and after the procedure. I would recommend them 10 times over!

I cannot day enough amazing things about pleasant Plains. On first expierience my daughter needed a tooth extracted. It was handled so well that no fears or tears. We all left feeling comfortable and well cared for. Every returning experience was equally as fantastic. The office and all exam rooms are immaculate and inviting. It is well appointed with televisions to keep busy while waiting and being worked on. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and extremely friendly. All in all this is the best place I have been to.

A dentist office visit for me is nerve wrecking but the staff and dentist are so nice and caring that my anxiety level is very minimum. They even called my cell number to make sure I was feeling ok after a tough procedure. I love that I found a new dentist office for my entire family.
