The whole inside of the office is so nice, comfortable and well decorated, with refreshments available in the waiting room. The front staff and the whole staff in general are friendly and helpful. I originally came here for wisdom teeth removal, and had a great experience given the circumstances of having to have teeth removed! I was super nervous but they made me feel calm and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this dentist office. I will be using this as my new dental office for any further dental needs.

Pleasant Plains Dental staff exhibits excellence in the quality of care, comfort and friendliness at every procedure I have received. Dr. Ali and his dental assistant, Yasmine, addressed all my concerns during and after my root canal today in a kind and caring way. I felt no pain and they were very detailed and professional. I have no anxiety whenever I need any type of dental procedure performed at Pleasant Plains Dental. Dr. Ali is the epitome of what an excellent dentist should be.

I had 4 teeth extracted this afternoon as part of a longer term plan. Dr. C and the young lady assisting him did an excellent job. My appt. was at 2:00 and I was out by 3:00. We discussed the procedure and what was in store down the road. Dr C is a soft spoken gentleman who I am quite comfortable with, and I will continue to go to Pleasant Plains. And the entire procedure was totally pain free. As of this writing, I’m still somewhat “under the influence”, but overall it was a very good experience.

I don't like going to the dentist... i'm sure that's a shared opinion by many. I don't go nearly enough... however my experience with you guys and especially Dr. Ali, was truly exceptional.

Professional and friendly... Always seems to have the latest technology. Very timely, but no rush on questions or hygiene.

I would recommend Dr C to anyone/everyone. Very friendly and made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain.

I had a really bad experience when I was younger at a different dentist and I was terrified. After hearing all the good things about pleasant plains I decided to give them a shot. This place is amazing the best people and job u could ever ask for. Professional staff that makes u feel at home. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing. Had 2 extractions and bone graft and really didn’t even realize it. They were very concerned and caring for my welfare. Repeated steps they would be doing so I was very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Each encounter with Pleasant Plains staff have all been wonderful! Each staff member was kind, knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my many questions or concerns. I do not like going to the dentist (previously) but now, I do not mind it one bit. Dr. Ali is the best dentist I’ve ever come across! I love how he is personable, engages in conversation, is honest, and has impeccable communication skills. He explains everything he plans on doing before he does it and with little to no pain! I especially enjoy how he has no problem with me blasting my music through my headphones (while they are working) to keep me calm during my procedure! Now that I have found this office, I will never go anywhere else!! Special thanks to the front staff for making check in such a breeze.

From the time I walked into the door until my procedure was finished, all staff and doctors were amazing. They took the time to talk to me and to make sure that I was welcomed and comfortable. They went above and beyond in every aspect of care.

So friendly...You wanted to do what I could afford..Everything was great.. If you were around 30 years ago, I wouldn't have the problems I'm having with my teeth today.

No one could ever imagine how afraid I am of dentist. I went in for a cleaning, everything went fine. I broke one of my molars and had to go back. They told me they couldn't save it. An hour I walked out minus the tooth and 3 stitches. The whole tim he talked to me and I never felt a thing. It doesn't hurt at all. I am a believer in Pleasent Plains. The best

Staff were excellent! Dr. Ernst did a great job walking me through my procedure, and explaining my treatment options in depth.

Thanks to Pleasant Plains Dental I am not as nervous going to the dentist. The staff is very friendly, and accomodating. Dr.Ernst always make sure I am comfortable and well informed about my care while there. I've had wonderful experiences each time I've needed to go.

My experience today during my root canal was by far the best I have experienced at a dentist. Both dentist we're very professional, comforting and reassuring. The assistant was friendly and made sure I was fine throughout the entire thing.

Had and appointment today for a crown. Only waited about 2 minutes in lobby. My appointment was with Dr. C and Yasmin was his assistant. They make a great pair and work well together. Dr. C was exceptional. He was friendly and professional. My comfort was of utmost concern for him. I am happy to say that this is my dentist and will continue going to him for my dental concerns.
